Vox is a terrible company when it comes to resolving account and technical issues/support. Customer service is non existing. I have sent a email to the accounts department addressed to Marlene van Heerden yesterday at 11h16 and up to now no reply. They suspend your account but when you contact them there is no reply. I phoned the technical depart with connection issues and nobody answers the phone. Even when you log a complaint via email, a ticket is issued but the issue never gets resolved. I would not recommend Vox to anyone. I gave them 1 star because of Mr. Ivor Michaels who has been trying to help us with our issues. Well done Mr. Michaels. It is just a pity that your accounts and technical departments are not team players. If you want to cancel your contract they want to have you pay a rediculous amounts as cancellation fees.
My account was hacked. I phoned in to report it. I was told they will charge me R80 per transaction to investigate. I think it is ridiculous. My friend is with FNB he had a similar situation and they didn't charge him a cent as it wasn't his fault.
Thank you Hyundai Paarden eiland and Hyundai Milnerton service department for your ****py customer service. I will not recommend you to anyone for a service or advice.

We have a month to month contract with Vox. Most pathetic service provider. First we waited almost a month for the router which was installed halfway through the month of April then they cut our service for none payment(Covid) in the middle of May. They wanted R1988.00 before we could be reconnected. 30th of May I paid in R2000.00. Then services was cut again in the middle of June. They wanted R1725.00, I paid R1730. I phone several times and they promised to reconnect the line. After spending R200.00 airtime phoning them they now tell us we owe them R3000.00. This does'nt add up. We have been with them for 2 and a half months and we have a month to month account for R750 per month how can we owe them so much? When you phone nobody can help you. They making money by not providing a service. You phone and nobody asnwers the phone. They have standby account teams that doesnt even respond to your query. Utter useless company.
I wil not use or recommend this company. A lady from this company visited my house today for a assessment on a claim and was very rude. Not friendly at all and very judgemental towards me. Bad attitude to say the least.
Nedbank are bullies. They harass clients, hand them over to attorneys and threaten you with court action for prescribed debt that's older than 10 years.
Nedbank hands people over for prescribed/expired debt. I have tried how many years to get this prescribed debt off my name. They then harass you or hand you over to debt collectors knowing full well that this debt has expired and they dont take it off your credit record. So be very careful of taking up a loan with Nedbank. Especially now with Covid 19 threathening our pockets.
FNB (Housing Finance) is the worse bank ever. No customer service, no compassion (especially in thia time of covert 19) and rudest people working for them. I read all the reviews and now I can understand while people are complaining about them and its the truth. They should change their slogan. They are in the business not of wanting to help. I've been with them all the years but the past few years has been a great disappointment. They hand you over to attorneys and within a day a valuator is send out to value your property. Then they harass you and threaten that they are going to sell your property. A lot of people are struggling right now but they dont care. Dont take out a home loan with them. When you call them, you wait long to speak to someone and it's using your airtime. In branch the consultants are not allowed to make calls from the bank. They cant even assist you in the bank because everything is being done in Head Office. A fish rots from the head. Fed up with their nonsense. As soon as i can I will switch my bond.
Absa is a bunch of crooks. My Dad had a flexisave account with Absa. Linked to that was funeral cover. My Dad passed away last week so I went into the bank to close his account. They told me about the death benefit and that I need to have a authorisation letter to close the account and to have the death benefit paid out to me. I ran around to get all the paper work the bank wanted. Today i went back with the authorisation letter to close the account then i was informed that my father doesnt qualify for the death benefit. Nobody explained to us(my father and I) about terms and conditions. My father got a SMS every month stating in order to qualify for the death benefit he must have a positive balance of at R50. Thats all. Now suddenly when they must pay there are terms and conditions.
