So I ordered a certain brand of sweets (2 boxes) and they delivered the incorrect stuff. I then reordered the following day, 1 box this time hoping that they would deliver the correct item. They again delivered the wrong stuff. I booked both for return to be collected. They collected the first incorrect order which had two boxes but they have credited me with only one box and allocated it to the incorrect return request. Mind you I clearly marked the box with the reference number so that it doesn’t get mixed up and the staff surely would have seen that there was two boxes of sweets and not one!!! How *********** are these people? I will never order from Takealot again.
They do not even deserve one star. I was not even aware that my contract with Vodacom was through them until they conned me into migrating to a higher package after their agent called me and **** saying that Vodacom has changed their pricing structure and I will be migrated to a higher package at no extra cost. Jiki jiki my prices increased when I laid a complaint their other agent sends an email and lies saying that I agreed to it and that the agent told me that I would be paying more. They claim that their phone calls are recorded so this would be as simple as releasing the recording. This is the last time that I ever take out a contract with Vodacom. And to make matters worse they are still calling me on a weekly basis trying to get me to upgrade. Sies!
They don’t even deserve one star. I received an SMS today from some company called TJ Maodi attorneys that my account was handed over for collection yet I do not owe Vodacom a ****** cent. These people are ****** through and through. They *******ly migrated my contract to a higher option when their sales agents **** to me last year. They then moved me back and I was promised that I would not be charged for migration and that I would be refunded for the two months. To this day I have not been called back so that my account can be credit my account. I regret taking a contract with these ******.
I am absolutely disgusted by Vodacom. I have a cellphone contract with them and was contacted by them in December and told that they are going to migrate me to another plan with more data at no additional cost because their pricing structures have changed. They migrated me and lo and behold my monthly payment has increased. This is *****. I was told repeatedly by the call centre agent that I will not be paying extra when I asked about it. They claim that their phone calls are recorded. So where is the recording of this phone call? Because this is plain pathetic. I was further told that I would receive the document detailing everything after the phone call has ended. I did not receive the document. I was contacted again by them the following day to confirm some of my details. I then asked the agent about why I had not received the document. I was told I must check my spam. The document was not there. All of a sudden after they have already concluded the migration now I conveniently receive the invoice saying that I have been migrated and I will be paying more. This is *****. I will not be upgrading my contract with Vodacom. Once this contract has run its course I am done with them.
My right side wisdom tooth has cracked and I am experiencing pain daily because of it. I have been to the dentist and was referred to a specialist for which I paid out of pocket. The tooth will have to be removed surgically and more than two weeks later Bonitas still has not given authorisation for the procedure. I hardly ever use medical aid and now when I do need it, it is proving to be useless.

I cancelled my subscription to Clientele Perks and they confirmed the cancellation and also stated that they will be cancelling debit orders against my account yet my account was still debited with R140. Please can I have the money that you stole from me back. I never made use of anything on the perks app so you are not entitled to a cent of my money. Taking something for nothing is called theft.
These people are **** artists. I bought airtime on the app which I've done multiple times before. I never received the airtime nor was I refunded. When I contact them I keep being given stories. I will no longer be banking with this *****ulent bank. They are disgraceful to be *****ing people's hard earned money in these tough economic times. Sies!
I always receive excellent service from them. The product is always delivered within a few days and it works well and is considerably cheaper than other Minoxidil brands. Would highly recommend.
I don't know what the hell is going on with Mr Price these days. They are steadily becoming useless. I have ordered from them multiple times in the past and have always received my order within a week. As of today my order is still on shipped since 01/09. I have sent multiple messages requesting feedback on my order and I still have not received a response. This is unacceptable. You have already taken my money now I must beg you to deliver on your end. That is not how business works.
