Awesome service received today from Thando Sithole at Fnb Boardwalk Richards Bay. She was patient and assisted me with my queries that was not resolved at another branch,she also went the extra mile to resolve other issues that I wasn't aware of and assisted me in such a friendly manner . Thank you Thando and please keep up the excellent service π I appreciate it π

Please don't use this service on the 12 and 14 November I bought items which were advertised as specials but only after viewing invoices I found I was charged normal prices I did send through emails my reference numbers are 501347 and 5013648 the pampers alone was R250 on special but I was charged R320 normal price besides other items like tropika charged R39 but advertised R32 Please don't waste your time using this service you will be disappointed as they wil escalate the matter and the response is you don't have a checkers Xtra saving card but a card is used to download the app so that's just an excuse when they get questioned on discrepancies We must now wait for refunds without even an apology How many customers are been charged normal prices when purchasing through the app thinking they have bought the items on specials Please don't falsely advertise we work hard for our money we paying the delivery fee and drivers fees we expect honesty and good service

The excuse is Always technical issues and impossible to get account dept to sort out their own faults ,especially on weekends ,u donot get what you paid for ,then have to battle to get it sorted and top up again at an extra cost because they charge u for services but do not allocate accordingly they mess you around and deduct money from your bank account for their errors when ever they feel like, but are quick to threaten with suspension of services but fail to provide a service and give a dam about customer satisfaction ,The accounts dept always seem to invoice fine and collect their money on time but mess you around and do not give you what you paid for and strange enough if you dont check your invoices they quick to rob you blind. .
