I am busy with a Sanlam Employee benefit claim having so many issues no response via email, when you call and eventually get through after an hour, they tell you they will escalate the query in the meantime the client is waiting for his funds this is very poor service
I submitted a section 14 transfer on the 20th of December 2024 to Old Mutual. Up to today have not received any progress as per Old Mutuals processing time should have received the form H 10 working days from receipt it is now almost three months down the line and still nothing I have called and all they do is escalate the query.
Bought the Maybelline Tattoo liner and it dried up within a week, very bad quality, I always by Mabelline but seems like have to change brands
Requested a transfer quote 06 August 2024, two weeks ago I was told will have it end of August, still not received and you cannot get through when you call you hold on for over an hour. How can it take over a month for a quote no wonder clients moving their business
I received an sms for outstanding debt, I paid the debt in full, I am still receiving sms's and emails that I have been handed over even though the account is paid up. I was promised over a month ago I will get my paid up letter still waiting and when you follow up always the same story will escalate. They don't even respond to your mails but they are quick to threaten you when you have an oustanding account.
Wort place ever to order from I placed an order over a week ago and it is still in process, Even Shein & Temu is faster, will never order from them again, you cant call them only email and they don't even bother to reply

Submitted a claim on the 06/11/2023, was advised turn around time for assessing is 15-20 days, on day 20 it was referred to underwriting, up to today no feedback not even an email to say it is was referred to underwriters, I had to call in and every time I call they say call back tomorrow, Yesterday I was told it has been escalated today they say another 10- 20 days, this is unacceptable they should have kept us updated and advised there is a new turn around time. The client is in a panic and I have to give him a different story every day.
