6 out of 5. +1 for always early deliver. Easy to navigate website and regular updates on new products. 8 orders so far and no issues. No leaking items, always sealed. No broken glass, always in bubble wrap. No missing items. Never even had to call them for any sort of complaint. (Can't review complaints department because there are no complaints) Over all the best service provider I have used out of the top 4 in ZA. They actually read and respond on emails.
TymeBank does not support Easyequities transactions. Instead of coming right out and saying "this account is not supported" they will lie, stating repeatedly that "the issue will be resolved shortly" "the issue will be resolved in 36 hours" and continue to fool the customer into believing the issue will be resolved. Inside the support options a step-by-step guide is provided for how to resolve the verification issue with TymeBank. THIS DOES NOT WORK. Direct communication from TymeBank itself "We do not support Easyequities transactions at this time". In 2022 EE spread an email to which you rep**** with your proof of account. The matter was not resolved then. Since 14/03/2025 I have been struggling to verify my bank account with EE despite several promises that "the matter will be resolved shortly". I am closing my account with EE due to the dishonesty I experienced with this company. I hope they have an alternative method for paying the remaining balance into my "unverified" bank account.
Bot calling without an opt-out option and no way to inform a consultant that they are *******ly contacting a protected number. At no time was permission given to the company to get in contact with me.
Constant disconnection and network interruptions in the Emahaleni area. This issue has been ongoing for the past month, despite multiple reports and all required information to fix the fault. Vodacom has reduced the quality of their service so far that they cannot be recommended for any serious investor or user. I expect the share price to reflect the value of the company as soon as the poor service is exposed to the media. Vodacom has failed, it is a terrible service and should not be used until they resolve the issue.
I was not informed that making a payment from the app within 7 days of the debit order happening will cause a double deduction on the account. Payment was made on 23 November. Deduction happened on 01 December. Payment made in November does not reflect on any invoices and Vodacom flags January as not being paid. Despite previous complaint and legal threats. Now they attempted to lock out a cellphone that was a cash purchase and has not been subsidised by a contract. Not only failing to reflect payment but also an attempt to lock me out of private property? If my credit score is in any way affected by Vodacoms failure to abide by South African law they will face legal repercussions. I already have trouble sleeping, being in the middle of a job change and will not deal with this as well.
On 30/11/2023 I paid via card on the account. This immediately reflected on invoicing and app. On 01/12/2023 Vodacom deducted via debit order from my account the exact same amount. This debit order deduction does not reflect on the vodacom app. This is an ******* deduction that prevents me from buying necessary household items such as food.
Sim card cancelled. Unable to connect to service since initial payment. Request refund.
-1 star for no auto trading. No problems with deposits or withdrawals. Limited on currency pairs but includes the most majors.
Quick, affordable and easy to use. No unnecessary phone calls or long queues. Replacing a card took 2 minutes. Important documents are password protected. The app doesn't work on rooted devices but the website is simple and intuitive.
