Very good service form Cashbuild Randfontein. They delivered quickly and went the extra mile while delivering in order to ensure my items stay secure from the elements.
With regards to my series of reviews the first of which was the 31st of January 2023 I cannot accept the response from Vodacom to my last review of 11 March 2023 quoted as, “Dear Customer, Thank you for the time and effort taken to voice your dissatisfaction to our office. It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation. Our records indicate that your query was escalated to the relevant department and based on the feedback received, the Sales Team tried contacting you however failed to reach you. The feedback is as follows, the deal in question was closed on the system and cannot be reinstated. Regards Consumer Website Team”. First of all, one missed call while I am busy on site and unable to answer does not constitute failure to reach me, other than trying to call again there are other means of communication such as emails, text messages, the Post Office and perhaps even a Raven. Secondly off course the deal in question can be reinstated, it is a matter of inputting the correct command on your system. I made numerous calls to yourselves and each time it was indicated that I will be contacted in order to find out if I want to have the package re delivered or would I wish to cancel the deal. This never happened and Incompetence from your side to do your job is not my concern. It would seem to me that either the deal advertised never existed / was a mistake or that limited number of deals were available and mine was added my mistake, again this is not my concern. Kindly be as kind as to deliver on your promises. I would also like to find out if there is anyone in this community that knows how to action this further? Surely there is some kind of Ombudsman or tribunal or something of this sort which holds companies accountable in delivering what they advertise. If you could send me a reply it will be highly appreciated. Kind regards. Nathan
And so again another three weeks has passed and still NO CONTACT FROM VODACOM regarding my Black Friday package still in there warehouse waiting to be delivered to me. It is almost Black Friday again, how they survive as a business I have no idea.
Three weeks since my review on this platform, two week since my last communication with Vodacom and still no answer as to when I can expect my BLACK FRIDAY PACKAGE. Stall tactics upon stall tactics upon stall tactics!!!
On Black Friday 2022 I took out a new contract with Vodacom and to this date my package is yet to be delivered. Vodacom is using something that I can best describe as a type of "Stalingrad tactics" in order to tire me out and have me give up on my package. First it was issues with RAM couriers and now with the super competent Vodacom team themselves. After the Ram couriers issue I made numerous calls to Vodacom and had an array of different excuses from them. The last excuse was "Your package is in our warehouse and you will receive communication from us about what we should do with your package" (i.e. re send it or cancel it). This was on the 3rd of January 2023 which is exactly four week ago, either the warehouse staff was given off the entire January or the advertising was false. I have to say at his point that each time the consultants were very nice, however this unfortunately is where it stops. If you do not wish to give a certain product at a certain price DO NOT ADVERTISE IT AS SUCH!!!
On the first attempt to deliver last week I was out of town and unavailable (my fault) however from here thing just got out of hand. We arranged for a second delivery date on Monday and only on that Monday was I informed that I need and original ID / passport to and that my Drivers license (which the same RAM accepted on the same type of delivery just a few days prior) is not acceptable. A Third delivery date was set up for the Wednesday and when I contacted the driver the package wasn’t even sent out for delivery. A fourth attempt was set up for Yesterday and upon contacting the driver again (seems like I must do all their work for them) they didn’t even have the correct address, on top of this the driver never informed me that they will not be able to deliver my package (they took the new address themselves upon my phone call). Upon trying to call them at four in the afternoon we had a bad connection and when trying to call back they never even bothered to answer the phone. I then proceeded to call the Ram contact center and they changed the address, and I was advised to contact Vodacom to expedite the change of address. This was the only easy part of the entire process, the lady at Vodacom helped me with such efficiency and delivery arranged for this morning. Now when I called RAM to get my time of delivery, I was informed that the package was sent back to Vodacom. These are an incapable bunch so if you care about your business at all and efficiency is something you strive for this is NOT the delivery partner that you are looking for.
After a huge Struggle to get my delivery sorted out with the courier company Synethemba from Vodacom after sales was able to sort me out in the quickest of time, no fuss no runaround just excellent and stress free service. Thank you Synethemba
What a particular bad medical and rewards program. No longer can you speak to a person (even if the idiot bot cant solve you querie) and then apparently after two days the idiot bot can still not connect you to a living person. Kindly close yoyr doors rather you are falling faster than Comair
I had trouble paying for my order and tried contacting the call center. After almost 17 minutes I realized I was being made the fool of and nobody was going to answer my call. On top of this I sent them an email which after 5 days they did not bother to respond to.
A very great thanks to Checkers Hyper Somerset West for EXCELLENT service. From the butchery the tills the floor staff up to the managers, all great service and smiles all round. I truly loved the store and will shop there as often as possible.
