I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Nedbank. I was approached and convinced to switch banks with promises of better benefits, lower fees, and improved service. Unfortunately, those promises turned out to be empty. After switching, I realized that what was communicated to me was either misleading or not fully disclosed. The actual costs and conditions were very different from what was presented. It feels like customers are persuaded to join under false expectations, only to discover the truth later. Telkom is running a ****. In July, I took a cellphone TopUp contract for R419 per month. However, Telkom incorrectly activated it at R469. When I called to rectify the mistake, they increased my monthly amount to R789. I immediately called to dispute this, and they claimed that I had upgraded my contract in September — something I never did. This was a *****ulent upgrade done without my consent. I was not even eligible for an upgrade since my contract is a 36-month agreement and was only two months old at the time. I have been calling Telkom daily to resolve the issue, but I am not getting any assistance. They keep giving me reference numbers, and when I follow up, there is no feedback. I have also sent several emails, but no one has helped me. I need legal assistance to file a formal case against Telkom for ***** and breach of contract.
I'm writing this review out of sheer frustration with KFC GATEWAY to be specific!! The customer service experience has been nothing short of appalling. I used a KFC App to order and paid for food that was never delivered, Order was cancelled I called to inquire n they had no records of the driver who collected the food and they laugh about my situation. Mind you this was not the first time this happening. I reached out multiple times for updates and clarification, only to be ignored or given vague, unhelpful responses. When I finally got someone on the line, they were dismissive and clearly not interested in resolving the Issue. The fact that I paid in full and received nothing in return is unacceptable. What's worse is that there has been no effort on their part to issue a refund or make things right.
It been a 6 months of begging cellC for a paid up letter after I payed up 0849563256 contract and closed it. I cancelled the month to month sim only contract due to not getting the service, upon cancelling they charged penalty fee of R1500 plus R400 i payed but that amount was not allocated as a result account same cancelled account went in arrears, I called numerous times went to their stores no help, I have close to 20 reference numbers all are now closed no feedback, I have been at cellc workshop where I took the contract they failed to assist, went to cellc west street and cellc gateway trying to resolve this issue no joy, I have tried my level best to get this issue resolve but Cellc is failing me It I will be at our best interest to take legal actions.
Pathetic service, poor communication, I applied for my N-Diploma certificate 3years ago, I've submitted all documents I went to Springfield campus several times for inquiries because it where I studied The staff is very rude and not helpful they let you stand by the door for an hour or more before they attend you, mind you I am not the only person who have this problem some gave up already
