Once again broken promises regarding claim settlement.Our claim was approved and payment notifications received for 3 amounts ,however only one payment was made and received.Email and telephonic queries goes unanswered. This is the pattern with this company when you claim.
Very disappointed in the way Fedhealth is handling the Covid Vaccinations. Discovery health members are being vaccinated for the last week already. Fedhealth is leaving loyal members to fend for themselves. This is a disgrace and this apathy will lead to members leaving the scheme The least you can do is to assist the most vulnerable members over 60.
Tried to cancel one of the additional subscription services with no success after 4 phonecalls. Poor service.
Cake Flour 2.5 kg infested with weevil larvae. Expiry date 17/07/2021. Sent an email with photos to the company with no response. Been a loyal customer for several years but will be reluctant to continue my support.
Terrible customer service from DSTV. Offered me a pricelock deal and after 5 phone calls and several hours of frustration the matter is not resolved. The staff is not able to provide reasons for the delay and keep promising to phone back and doesn't.
