Comprehensive cash settlement policy is a total scam don't fall for it with min 6000 excess plus 10% of the claim is not properly explained to consumers when taking up contracts. So let me explain it. If you make an accident less than R6000 repairs you can't claim coz if you do you owe them. Alternatively if you make an accident that costs R12000 the excess is R13000 you still can't claim. You will see non of your premiums paid out. Best you don't choose this cover and overall terrible experience.
This review should of been posted last year. Since last year March i had sent an email on an enquiry on the Brazilian blowout pricing. Heather Speckmann (HOA) had responded the price is from R1000 depending on length of hair. I had gone instore to the Gateway branch only to be told my shoulder length hair would cost me from R2000 upwards Imagine my confusion. I had not mentioned the email to them because i felt this company does not practice in good faith had they responded with a more accurate pricing would of saved me time from making an appointment and wasting my time.
I would like to compliment Mr Skhumbuzo on an excellent service provided in store in Conubia Mall Durban. He ensured the store Covid-19 Restrictions adhered too in changing rooms and also assisted in cashing up. Taking on more than the others in store and doing a great job at it. Well done.
This company has no ethics and values will steal parts on site. I witnessed today on site.
Dotsure policy benefits states it offers its policyholders a car licence protect service. How this works is when you send you a License renewals: • By using your car registration number, License Protect will load your license information onto their system and proactively notify you of any impending renewals a month prior to the renewal date. • License Protect will then send you an invoice for the face value of the license renewal fee. Once you have paid the full amount on the invoice to Road Protect, License Protect will start the renewal process on your behalf, including payment for the renewal. • Once your license is processed, License Protect will contact you and arrangements will be made for the renewed license to be delivered to you. HOWEVER IT SHOULD RATHER STATE, GOODLUCK WITH GETTING FEEDBACK DESPITE NUMEROUS EMAILS. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED WITH FALSE BENEFITS BEING ADVERTISED IN THE POLICY.

Googleplay ebooks debits me for a book says my card is declined yet still charged for the purchase of the book and now I don't have a refund neither the book purchased. Don't buy ebooks with debit card.
I am very upset with my experience in returning a car cover that I had purchased the company refused to refund me since the package was opened how else would I know if the product meets my needs if don't open to see it. They should disclose once opened no refunds before I purchased a useless cover that does not hold in the wind.
I Just joined on the 29/08/18 three days before a new month and paid an extremely high debit on the 5th September thinking it's a pro rata plus insurance premium said it's ok only to get debited again the same month on the 18th. Failure to disclose two debits to me before joining isn't acceptable.
