People be carefull about foneyam!!!!They refuse to block my phone UNLESS I go the the police station first.This is the SECOND phone that I have been ****** with from foneyam,and the refuse point blank to block my phone unless I go to the police station first.I DONT have a car and live almost 10km from the police station,which make it difficult for me to go to the police station IMMEDIATELY.The ********s can do ***** with your phone while FONEYAM refuse to block your phone,BECAUSE they need a case number immediately.Very very bad customer service.DO NOT support FONEYAM,because their INSURANCE refuse point blank to block your device before you have reported it to the police station.They ****** me last year on the 24th of September 2025 and up to today the 13th of March 2026,I have NEVER heard from them again.I had to pay another deposit to get a new phone,and today the 13th of September 2026 I got ****** again,and my phone been ****** again.They refused point blank again today to help me,unless I go to the police station to get a case number.Like I said I am walking and don't have a car to get to the police station immediately and I am from a 12 hour nightshift on my way home,but they expect me to go the police station immediately which is not possible for me to do immediately.PEOPLE be carefull with FONEYAM,because you won't gain anything from them.They are ****s and don't deliver on what they promise.I know what i am talking about because it's the second time this is happening with me.Rather go to PAYJOY instead of FONEYAM.FONEYAM is useless!!!!!
Afrihost is the worst company you can do business with. Their accounts department is the worst,they dont know whatbthey are doing. When you make payment via EFT they stil put your debit order thru then your bank account going into a negative.When you make eft payment they dont check their statements.Very bad
Teljoy is still busy with their ********* behaviour towards their customers. There is no follow up or call from any of teljoys management. Customers be warned not to do business with teljoy because there is no customer care at all and they do not keep to their promises that comes with the rent to own agreement. They even told me I am in arrears with my account after I send them all my proof of payments.Not a good company to rent from.
The worst worst internet fibre company. Their accounts is *********** TO DO THEIR JOBS. We got a bill for R2800 for end of September. DO NOT DO Business with this company I am going to cancel immediately.
They are the worst fibre company you can ever have.They send us an account of R2200.No one in their right mind pay that amount for fibre.The person in the accounts department clearly do not know what they are doing.I am getting rid of supersonic immediately.Do not use their service they are absolutely ridiculous with their charges and their Billings department clearly do not know what they are doing.
Teljoy delivers the worst customer service ever.When you start a contract with them,they promise you that they repair and replace parts free of charge to the cuatomer,but when push come to shuff,they always have excuses.I asked them to replace my cracked inlet pipe and my outlet pipe,stil today nobody picked up a phone and calldd me.They keep telling me that i am responsible for this maintenace of this washing machine.Think twice before you take out a contract with teljoy because it wil cost you twice as much and the techncial department wil just refuse point blank to even come and assess your appliance.Please fire your technical department because they are useless..Do not make use of teljoy service.They to damn lazy to do their jobs and follow up with customers.
After two weeks of complaining about my washing machine,teljoy eventually respond and said they wil send out a technician to have my washing machine checked out.The following day the technician came to have a look at it,and I being told by the technician that he can't fix my washing machine due to the inlet pipe being extended by me.I explained to teljoy that I did not extend the water inlet pipe,I had to cut of a piece of the pipe due to a split in the inlet pipe that formed of all the wear and tear.I was emailed and not even phoned by the manager informing me,that they are not going to fix my machine it wil be for my own costs.According to the rent to own contract I have with teljoy All repairs and services are included in my contract and I don't need to pay for any repairs or services.Another two weeks later and teljoy stated that they try to call me to send out another technician.Up to now no technician ever came out.Customers please be very very careful when renting something from teljoy.You wil regret it in the long run.They don't keep to their part of the contract and at the end you need to fix your appliance by yourself and for your own costs.
I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to communicate with teljoy to please come and have a look at my washing machine.Its been leaking from the back.I also asked teljoy to contact me regarding a new tap connector pipe and a new drain hose.Up and until today 24 April 2025 I still have no reply from teljoy.They want their payment at the end of the month but their part of the contract is failing,because they don't respond to my continues effort to get hold of them.Think twice before renting from teljoy,because they don't deliver and they dont do what is written on the contract.
Supersonic is not a good company.They suspend your account even if you made a payment and they will tell you,that they did not received payment and suspending your account without checking their payment allocations to the customers.Think twice before using supersonic.Whta is the accounts department purpose then.
PEOPLE BE CAREFULL FOR BLUE LABEL CONNECT CELLPHONE COMPANY.THEY ARE ****MERS.THEY ****MED ME IN TELLING ME THAT MY CELLPHONE CONTRACT WAS APPROVED AND EVEN TOLD ME THAT I CAN COLLECT MY DEVICE FROM EDGARS.AFTER MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED I FOUND OUT THAT THE CONTRACT WAS NOT APPROVED AND THERE WERE ACTUALLY NEVER BEEN AN APPLICATION FOR ME.I SPOKE TO A LADY LIHLE AND SHE TOLD ME THERE IS NO CONTRACT FOR ME AMD SHE CANNOT TELL ME WHO I SPOKE TO.PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BLUE LABEL CONNECT THEY ARE ****MERS AND THEY WILL ***** YOUR MONEY.DONT TRUST BLUE LABEL CONNECT CUT THEM OFF IMMEDIATELY.YOU WILL BE ****MED AND YOUR MONEY ******.I AM WARNING EVERYBODY AGAINST BLUE LABEL CONNECT.
