I visited Moms Pharmacy, Clinic. The nurse was very rude with us as if we were disturbing her. She ended up not doing what she was supoosed to do properly. I believe as a professional nurse she must know how to treat patients. She is painting a bad picture to Moms Pharmacy.
I had a case in Praktiseer, Limpopo whereby my car was bumped by a police officer in March 2015. I asked Scorpion Legal Protection to assist me with legal issues. The Minister of Police department dragged their feet until March 2025 when the magistrate awarded a default judgement in my favour. The Minister of Police must pay the damages to my car. The paperwork for payment was also delayed due to taxation which took close to 3 months. The request for payment was sent to the state attorney by the beginning of December 2025. Until today the office of the state attorney hasn't responded. They are just dragging their feed on everything. I'm not happy about the way government officials treat this case because I'm being treated unfairly.
I have been a Capitec client for more than 10 years unfortunately I'm experiencing excessive banking charges lately. I tried to engage them but they couldn't help me. They charge as they please and when i print a bank statement, charges over R30 doesn't appear on the statement. Sometimes they charge about R150 per week as long as there is money on the bank account. They charge even when i don't make any transaction. They charge more money on incoming money through my bank account, especially on the salary. This bank is no longer reliable.
I wrote a review on 27 May 2025 regarding my vehicle case that has been running since 2015. My biggest concern is that Scorpion Legal Protection is delaying to get the paper work sorted so that payment can be done since the case was closed on 04/03/2025. Their delay is counting against me. They should finalize things with the attorney and provide feedback. Right now if i don't ask i just remain in the dark.
Clicks Embalenhle Mall, Mpumalanga's service is very poor. People wait long time on queues. The dispensary side is worse. The staff there do not have sense of urgency and don't care about customers. It's like they are not enjoy what they are doing.

Unfortunately, until today Scorpion Legal Protection hasn't responded. I'm very disappointed with their service because my car is damaged and i spent money attending court hearings but it seems i lost everything. I doubt the state will pay me because Scorpion Legal Protection is dragging their feed after so many years.
I bought a stove at OK Furnishers, Witbank downtown on 18/05/2022. Due to time constraints I couldn't managed to use the stove until 22/05/2022 when i realised that the stove is faulty. I phoned the shop to let them know of my problem and the lady who assisted me when I buy the stove asked me to return it on 24/05/2022 for exchange. Today she called me but we couldn't talk due to network problem. I told her that I will call her at 16:00 to make an arrangement since I'm working far. I called but they said she went out. I left a message for her to call me.back but she didn't call until they knock off at 17:00. It seems they are just trying to push the 7 days so that I wont be able to get exchange.
On 04/05/2022 I phoned MIBFA to enquire about my Provident Fund money that should be paid out. The lady who answered the call was very rude with me. She was judging me instead of helping. I'm not happy about the service that I received. MIBFA should teach its employees to treat clients with respect.
I'm a client of Absa Idirect. I feel that the monthly premium is very hing and unaffordable. I tried unsuccessfully to negotiate an affordable premium. Two weeks later I received an email with a new premium which is quite high. On 17 November 2021 I tried to call Absa Idirect Insurance to negotiate an affordable premium but I couldn't reach them. I aslo sent them 2 emails but both of them were not responded until today. This is ruining the good business relationship I had with them.
I have been trying to get hold of Absa Idirect Car Insurance from 08/02/2021 to update my personal details. I called many times but I held the line for about 15 minutes until my airtime got exhausted. I sent many emails but I never received any feedback. I am confused and also not happy about this. It's very difficult to reach Absa Idirect Car Insurance lately.
