My friend and I just spent the most amazing 3 days at the African Hills Safari Lodge and Spa. From the reception, restaurant (the food was beautifully presented and delicious), rooms (spacious and clean, cleaned 2x per day), spa, game drives and elephant experience - everybody was friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable! For me the most special was the up close and personal interaction with the elephants. I thought I would give the elephants a kiss but instead I received a slobbery kiss from them! African Hills - THANK YOU, you will definitely see us again.
Unbelievable!!! Since end September I have been trying to get my R247 out of Telkom which they owe me. They overcharged me. It's lying as a credit on my Telkom account and all they must do is pay it into my bank account. Proof of my bank particulars has been furnished to two people already, yet there is no money in my bank account. On every occasion they have confirmed that the money is due to me and that it is lying on my Telkom account. Today I received another sms (about the 6th/8th) that the case number (in this case **********9) has been resolved, yet nothing has been paid into my bank account. When I telephoned Telkom 081180 and asked them where my money is because the matter has been resolved, I was told that they will pay me but there is no turnaround time for refunds. I asked her for an approximate date and she said around 31 December 2024. This is totally unacceptable. I want my money transferred to my bank account as a matter of urgency. Enough dilly dallying.

I am at my wits end with Samsung EStore online. My boss' wife purchased a book cover keyboard slim online from Samsung EStore on 15 April 2024. She thereafter wanted to return it for a refund. On 23 April 2024 I spoke to a Vutlhari, took the necessary photos to show a sealed box and requested collection for a refund. I confirmed this telephone conversation with zaservice@samsung.com. Since 23 April 2024 until today 2 December 2024 (more than 7 months), the keyboard has not been collected for a refund. I corresponded with Sandra Kubatsi. The first email read: "Please note we’ve requested for collection and refund. Our courier partner will come to collect the product within 14 business days ..." and yet nothing has been collected. I have emailed many times for a response. I threatened and requested the manager's name and number to complain to him. He telephoned (can't recall his name), made empty promises that it would be sorted out speedily. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. The keyboard is still with me. I even reported them to "Voice of Complain department" (as Sandra advised me to do) and yet still nothing has been done. I don't know what to do anymore!!!

APV15424 I too had an Autopage account which was taken over by Vodacom. I many moons ago cancelled my contract with Vodacom ... yet I get these emails from Norman Bissett & Associates NRS that I owe Autopage money. I have tried phoning a million times - no answer. I have emailed and yet I still get emails reminding that I have to pay immediately threatening with further steps. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT - I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS!
