I had no internet since the 30th September 2023 , the customer service is poor. You get put on the line for minutes and you get someone who's unable to assist or tell you they will call you back and they never do. A reinstallation was done the past weekend and still nothing is working. I've been calling but no joy from them.
I have been without connection for about 2 weeks now, every time I call they keep me waiting on the line then when they answer I am being send from one department to the next. I am very disappointed with the customer service!
The service at Makro Carnival is poor. I bought a Defy fridge in January and it was delivered with defects. I called they picked up and delivered another one with the similar problem. It's been more than 2 weeks since they collected the fridge, I don't have a fridge and the worst thing is that they don't even bother to update me. When I call I am being sent from pillar to post! Worst service ever!
I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the eggs I bought at Eggbert Eggs. I bought 7 trays on Tuesday and had to throw most of them away because they were rotten and stinking , what a waste of money. I had the similar incident last year December where I bought in bulk to sell. Most people complained and returned the eggs. They used to sell quality eggs, but the standard and quality has dropped.
I am not happy at all. It's been 3 months and I have not been receiving data because my contract was upgraded fraudulantly without my consent. Someone took an A50 Samsung galaxy. I lodged the query since the 1st June 2019. Up to date the query has not been solved. I am disappointed with the service given. Very poor!
I was happy with the service I got from Anathi, I was assisted successfully.
