I have had no Internet for 2 weeks. Isp logged it with vumatel who outsourced it to britelink. Appointment was confirmed for 8am this morning. Almost 11am and no show from britelink. This is completely unacceptable, vumatel should not be using service providers who have no respect for their clients or their clients time. I am still without Internet. Is vumatel going to pay for this time out to my isp? The outage is no fault of mine.
Appointment scheduled for 8am this morning confirmed by Nadeem it's almost 11 and no show no communication. There's no way to contact as emails are unanswered and phone lines go to voice mail. Appalling service that has made me consider cancelling my vumatel contract. Vumatel should consider alternative sp as this one has no respect for their clients.
Shocking service from ram. Delivery scheduled for today message sent out before 8am. At 3pm I contacted customer service to ask if the delivery was still happening, agent says it's out for delivery but he can't give a time but the latest delivery is at 5. Waited until 5 and called customer service on hold for 10 minutes before being assisted, gave all of my details, put on hold for 5 minutes and then the call was dropped. Called again got through giving details and the call was dropped. Not one attempt to call me back not one notification to say delivery is being rescheduled. Absolutely terrible service to the point I will not be purchasing from companies who use ram couriers going forward.
It starts off well but then when a trade goes bad your "success" manager first tries to get you to deposit more funds (double the loss) and when you don't they disappear. Have been trying to get in touch since 23rd October to no avail. There is no customer service. Currently sitting in a 1800rand loss of which 637rand is just swaps, no support from Jason T who apparently from other users has left. 2 stars because the set up of the site is easy to use and informative.
Would not recommend to anyone On 6th June I had a new set of Monroe shocks fitted front and back with new shock mountings at a superquick(their service was superb) I noticed the car was floating on the road and the tracking seemed to be off. I thought maybe the shocks needed to settle and continued driving. Car was very unstable on corners and open road. I went to super quick to check the alignment which was fine. After making a call to a Monroe reseller to enquire about possible problems and solutions it came to light that it had happened before on other polo's the same model as mine. I had to buy new shocks due to the car being unstable on the road. I took the Monroe shocks back to the original super quick and asked the manager to get the rep to contact me. It is now 3 weeks later and no response from Monroe. Very disappointing and expensive exercise. Would not recommend to anyone.
I am so annoyed with Vodacom fibre who botched installation, gave a useless router that doesn't transmit signal at all. I've requested the technicians to come back to check they say its nokias problem. The problem is the nokia router they installed.
Imagine buying a 400g of giblets, lighting your braai, and opening it to find mostly heart and necks. Come on be serious this is disappointing
Its been two weeks since purchasing software with nothing delivered and no response to emails sent to their support address. It is unacceptable.
