We are entering our 5th month trying to solve a seemingly simple problem. I am DESPERATE for someone to please solve my account problems. After MTN stopped debiting me, they have handed my over twice, I have been listed as a slow payer and still they are not collecting the funds from my account. I am trying to pre-empt from being handed over and being listed as a slow payer for a third time in 5 months by placing this comment on here, as no-one is offering any real support through any other channel. I need the following: a) MTN to collect my monthly bill from my account via debit order b) Retract from being handed over, as I am being hounded by debt collectors c) Provide me with a letter stating that they are at fault here, as I need to rectify my credit score as a result of their poor service PLEASE can someone from MTN actually resolve this once and for all. What else am I supposed to be doing here?

good quality PPE, ordered 1250 safety boots and 12500 royal blue conti suit overalls and 1250 ANC t-shirts were branded and 1250 ANC Caps. i received only 3 free caps and 3 extra t-shirts. the only thing i was disappointed about is that i never received a discount after ordering such a large ordered. initially they promised me a 5% discount on my 3rd order, they didn't give me the discount on my third order as promised. i am not complaining about the quality or anything but i never got the discount as promise by the ownwer Brian Gamany.
