Best service ever. I have bought a palladium pair on Thursday knight 26.09.2025 and it was delivered on Saturday morning 28.09.2025 whoouu that was quick hey. On the 29th using watsap service I have loged an exchange call and I was promise that the courier will come collect them, only 3hours after that the courier was at my gate to pick up the parcel for exchenging the size. I am am realy a happy customer, Thank you Sedgars your boss when it comes to online services no brand that could beat you on this game. THANK YOU GUYS. Keep doing a good job, Thumbs up.
I am very disappointed with their service. I am really fuming right now. I have been trying to cancel their service for almost 3 months now and it is still not happening. I have tried every way of communicating with them but all to nothing, the worse part is they are using Whatsapp only and they will make you wait for four to five hours before they respond to me. I have sent them a WhatsApp 13h13 today still now 16h55 still waiting. I have wrote them emails last month's still not responded. I have called Vumatel and they say they have nothing to do with the ISP, but I am surprised because at the end they said thy are contracted with the ISP not individual but they ate unable to help. If need help with payment thy are so quick to respond so that I can make payment, but now because is a deferent thing, they don't reply. Guys please please when ever you here the name SADV Internet provider ruuuuunnn and never look back or else your going to suffer, they will keep on coming to your bank even though you have sent them notice of cancelations months before, they don't care. I am really in pain, I don't know where to go anymore to get this resolved.
I really regret the day I have thought about being a standard bank customer. I would like to advice people to check the reviews about any organisationa before they form any relationship with the organization. Last year 2023 May I have complained about standard bank Powercurve running credit enquiries against my name without my approval. They called me emediatly and solve the problem.I thought it was over until now when I check my credit report I see standard bank have done three enquiries again without my approval. This people are ******* I am telling you guys becouse this activity is affecting my credit score. Please please please standard bank remove my name from your..... Please. Any one who can give me any information about can I really escalate this issue to. Please help I am tired of this people. My credit score keeps on going down because of standard bank.
I am actually having an account with finance 27, unfortunately I got retrenched from my job and I couldn't pay the debt.I have got a new job now but when I call finance 27 to arrange payment, They said they have escalated my account to Vertex solution debt collectors and that is fair enough to me as couldn't pay them at the time. I am now frustrated with fact that vertex solution are not willing to help me. I have sent them emails so many times until one of their agent calls but couldn't finalise as she said she will call me again she just want to comfirm the amount with fin 27, till today they have never call me. Will you please somebody help me cause I am totally confused, I was asked if I agree that I am owing R1786,00 and yes I know about it and I want to settle it, I then asked for settlement discount which I was give but now the omount is deferent it is no longer R1786 is now R1924, 77 subtract R241. 11 for discount and I then have pay R1683, 66. My question is why would the amount Change just after the convasation. My clear score profole is reflecting that I am owing R1786 not this monies you guys are saying I shhou pay. Actually I am very angry ryte now with this basted called standard Bank power curve. They got my details from We Buy Cars and keep on doing hard search on my profile, I don't know for what ****..... And do it twise every month's. My credit score is going down so drastically and I don't t understandt why would they do such a thing, I never agreed with them to do hard search with my name for whatsoever their trying to achieve. Please people delete my name from your databases please I berg you please please pleas.

Hi all, My name is Peter i am so disappointed with the way the branch manager at Shoprite in protea glen mall handled my situation on Saturday afternoon when i bought Impala Maize Meal 10kg,only to find that the maize meal was rotten with worms inside and i immediately returned it back and show the branch manager ,she looked at it and say why i din't open it in the shop before i leave the shop,and i was so shocked to hear that from her as the manager.instead of exchanging the product for me she refunded me and tell me i must go buy the good one somewhere else.she was so rude to me to be honest that is not a good way of handling situation i don't know if she was given a proper training as a branch manager.My question is why do they sell rotten things or maybe because they right in the town ship where they know that 100% of poeple buying there are blacks?it is only showing me that they don't inspect their product.#Sad with the way i was treated #i still have pictures for that#SHOPRITE MUST FALL
