We made a online call request on Wednesday and within 5-10 minutes or even less we received a call from a verry energetic and enthusiastic sales consultant DIKGANG MOSHIGA. He made the whole process effortless and was of great help, we appreciate his enthusiasm and sense of humor, he can crack a joke or 2 with you while being verry professional and helpful. Dikgang Moshiga is like a MEGGA CHAD, Square chin and everything. I will highly recommend Dikgang even as a "boyfriend" to take to that family gathering you don't want to attend, he will make it WORTH IT!!! It doesn't matter how much you pay him but give that man a raise.
Just updating my review on the sim card we still pay and didn't get for over a year. I will give as little as possible information because you already have it, and this makes paperwork. Just want people to know not to take contracts with Cell C.
I made a review for a two star after I couldn't pay my dog's vet bill on the online platforms. Nicest guy called me, unlike other call center employees, this guy was a MEGA CHAD, square jaw and everything. Sat there and just chatted with me about my struggles, no script or anything. Get that guy, make him write the manual. I don' know what you are paying him, just pay him more.

Had some trouble with the installation of my Fibre, they showed up 3 times in a week. took some hammering, but show me another company that will do that for you free of charge. Thank you Vodacom, Very happy with the connection
Had some trouble with my Fibre. The company sent to install messed up a bit. Vodacom sorted it out. Two visits to my home from Vodacom in a week. Their lead competitor's been charging us for undelivered goods for months now, now visit, no feedback. Recommend Vodacom 100%.

We have not received the sim that we pay for every month, as included in the contract, since 9 august 2022. Numerous calls were made. Multiple promises made for delivery. You then requested further payment to rectify your mistake. Now a call saying we didn't pay for December. No record of it at the bank. Also, no authorization for payment on the wrong date in December was given. Well we can't keep you out of the account. well done. applause. The Cell C shop (manager) in Brits mall notified us that they are not Cell C, just a franchise, and as thus, can do nothing about the problems that you have caused. We have decided to move our monthly debits to another account, as to keep ourselves from paying for no services delivered. Please forward an address where we can deliver our bill for the collection for damages and money owed to us.
