No Service at Game
I had problems with service from 3 or 4 diffrent Game Stores in the past. Today I went to Game at the Mall in Potchefstroom. I needed a new tablet so we went to the Electronics section. The lady standing at the Hi-Fis said the lady working at the tablets will be back soon. We stood where the tablets are displayed for about 15min. There were three other staff also around close to the TV section. So I do not know why non of them could help us and we had to wait for the lady working with the PCs. After waiting for some time we left and went to Incredible Connection and bought a Tablet there. Service had really gone down hill for sometime at Game.

Proto Panelbeaters Rustenburg
My new Brezza got damaged when a box fell from a truck and damaged mainly my bumper. This happened 3 hours after I got the car:(. It was repaired by Pronto. When I got it back I could not tell that anything ever happened. It has been about 2 months since I got it back and I have no issues that I could find. Thanks Pronto.

Brezza from Penta
I bought a new Autumn Orange Brezza from Penta Suzuki Rustenburg. The sales lady was great, helpful and friendly. My car got damaged 3 hours after getting the car buy a box falling from a truck. She send me a quote for repairs and the parts, but luckily my new insurer sorted it out without any issues. Thanks Penta. I hope I will have this Brezza for many yours.

In 2018 I got insured by MiWay because they gave a much cheaper quote. They also had a good rating on Hello Peter. In April 2021 my Awesome Reliable Isuzu KB 280 that we have had for about 23 years got stolen:( I had some issues with the paperwork on my side, but once everything was ready they paid me everything. Unfortunately when I bought my new car the Miway quote was a bit high so I went to another insurer, but I will be happy to go back to them in the future.

Had to claim on my first day:(
I had to buy a new car after my previous car was stolen and decided on Naked Insurance because they gave me the best quote and I have heard some good things. I got the insured in the morning, but only got my new car at 16:00. I went to buy some groceries and then at around 19:00 a box or something fell off a truck and slid in front of me. There was some damage on my car that I have only had for about 3 hours. I used the app to put in a claim and was happy that everything was sorted out by Naked. I hope I will never have a issue like this again, but if I do I hope Naked will handle it the same. Thank you Naked.

No help from Vodacom
I got 5 Gigs data for the first month of my contract. Sunday I have only used a total of around 1.5 gigs and I had R62 on my phone. I was busy on my phone when my internet went off monday morning When I checked my data and airtime later everything was on 0. Where did my data and airtime go. I phoned the 135 number over 20 times in the past 3 days and everytime it says I must call back because the lines are very busy. I have requested about 8 call backs on the website in the past two days. I got only one call back this morning, but there was no sound. I requested again for a call back but got none. I wish I could say I had bad service but I had NO service. I would give 0 stars if possible.
