Still waiting for my refund from the 3rd of June 2025- this is unacceptable!!!! I always use uber-eats and I never have this kind of issue with my deliveries. Should this not be resolved, I will take further action to ensure I am heard!! I want my refund!!!
I made placed an order through ubereats and the order was never delivered, no one requested for my code to confirm the same. The driver apparently followed protocol, and so did I - I gave clear instructions on how to get the food to a place where it would be accepted (at work) - the order is marked as delivered but I never received it. I need a full refund ASAP!!!! This is not the first time I've placed an order with uber with the same instructions - this has never happened before. Now the customer service is telling me that protocol was followed, whaaaaaat???!!! I followed the same protocol. I need that money back into my account.
A debit order went off from my account without my approval, when I asked for a reversal, I get stories. The agreed date is the 25th and we never set a date out for December. I need that money to go home TODAY and I am told the reversal will take 14 to 21 working days!!! How am I supposed to go home and back at work next week before I get my salary??????? What an excellent experience I have had with being a parent at Nova Pioneer, my children have proven growth both socially, in sport and accademically. I can't wait to see what's next - Term 1 done and dusted!!!!
The most unreliable, non-communicating, unprofessional and disorganised service center ever!!!!!!!!! Our car has been there for more than a month now, they will only call you to tell you HOW MUCH to PAY...but no feedback, no updates and still no car... this has made life very difficult getting around using bolt services is expensive, meanwhile the people trusted to fix the car are constaly letting us down, but they will definitely call you when you must PAY!!!!!!
Central developments was so quick to ask for the deposit (with immediate clearance) to secure a place, yet when things didn't go according to plan, I'm having to follow up time and again using my own data and airtime about the refund for my deposit. I am not happy at alll!!!!!!!!!! It's been a week now and I'm still waiting for my refund.
