I wish I could give no stars. My wife made a purchase at PicknPay via Mr D. We tried to pay using the WiCode from Mobicred and receive an error on their App saying that something went wrong. We tried the WiCode again and the same error. So, I waited for the WiCode to expire after 15 mins thinking that MobiCred would reverse the payment, but that did not happen. I contact Mobicred a few times and they keep on saying the payment was made, but Mr D says the payment was not received. The customer support is so bad. So now it looks like I lost over R2000. There is no hope of that money being returned to me. I will be paying Mobicred in full very soon to close my account. OH! I hope they don't mess that up too.

I would like to give Mobicred no stars. Their business model just does not look right. This incident happened twice and I lost about R2360. I made a purchase online twice in the last few months. I generate the wicode and enter the code on the consumers app. I wait a few seconds and then there is an error, and the payment does not go through. Now Mobicred deducts from my credit for the payment, but nobody is paid. I contact them they say I must contact the consumer. The consumer says I must contact Mobicred. Now I have to pay for things I have not receive. I am rather going pay my outstanding total and close this stupid Mobicred.
It's been 3 weeks now and still NO 2 pot money. SARS has already responded to your guys a week ago. How is it possible that other companies pay out within 10 days? I have had trouble with Old Mutual before whereby I had to wait a very long time until my savings policy money was paid out. I will be making enquiries with my employer to try and move my pension to another business.

MTN Supersonic FLTE is one of the worst products around. I don't understand how they can fix your service to a location claiming that it works better and faster when it clearly does not. I use this service for work from home purpose and I am plagued with bad call quality, slow internet and slow systems. I work in a call centre and have nothing but problems. When doing a speed test my connection speed is sometimes below 1 mbps. I have no other choice but to cancel this service as soon as possible.
I am extremely unhappy with Experian and Woolworths. It took me 2 months to clear the incorrect information that Experian has on their database. My credit check was all clear until I find out that a dispute that I logged is now blocking me from applying for credit. There service is just too slow. I cannot understand that we have access to lots of computer Software and hardware that can provide a better service. I tried calling the 086 number but that just goes silent after some time. I cannot believe this!!!!
So MTN Supersonic FLTE uncapped service drops to 0.15 mbps at times. It happens any time and all the time. I use this service for work from home purpose. Why is this happening!!!????. I pay for the service and understand that there is a Fair use policy, but this is ridiculous. I think I might just cancel this service and use Fiber, strictly. MMMMMM.
MDB legal collections you bunch of useless fools. I just checked my credit report, and it shows that I have a loan of more than R150000 and I still owe more than R4000. I have no idea where this comes from. I am currently debt free. So, if Experian can confirm that I am debt free then MDB can go F@#k themselves. I am done with debt.... Plus look at this and I quote: "MBD Legal Collections Employee Reviews - Indeed 38%(20) However, the problem comes with bad management and supervision, lack of transparency of comprehension between management, supervising and agent although proper working strategies are maintained at the company for a productive and lucrative prosperity for a greater day. Pros. Gaining experience and learning. Cons. Bad management which promotes lack of attendance (under appreciated )
