Thay still do not take down Tech Trek from there platform. Tech Trek bank account is empty so nobody is going to get there money back and Price Check is still promoting them. The worst service also.

I have been with Cell C for 13 years never missing one payment. In 2021 I upgraded my 1 number and and cell c policy is I have to show my ID give a copy of my ID and proof of address. A very rude Indian lady phone me back and said I have to pay for it even if I never signed for it. Nobody gave my ID and not 1 of my sim cards was ever in the phone because someone from my contacts is using the phone that I never signed for and never showed my ID. So after paying for the phone I black listed I canceled the contract and will cancel all my contacts in March thay still take the same amount from my bank. This is unacceptable this is ***** this is the worst service.

I upgraded in February 2020 Thay delivery my phone to someone. Cell c delivery policy is you must show your I'd and proof of address but o no not cell c Thay just give your phone to anyone and you must pay! I phoned in about 30 times! Thay advise me to open a case at the police! For what? Did I give the phone without following the Cell C protocol! No! So from February 2021 nobody at Cell C hellped me I am paying for there delivery! This is the worst service ever!!! innate been with them for 12 years!!!!

Worst ever
The worst ever!I order a router on the 20th of June it was deliver an I phoned to cancel. I then had to phone 2 times to pick up. So it was cancel and pick up by the 2 of July . no surprise the debit order went of the 15the . so made a call again. Sorted out by 20 got refunded on 25the. So telkom said contract is cancelled all in order. So on the 15 of August no surprise debit order went of again and 15of September got a SMS on the 6 of October all 2 cases is finalise no refund!!! No surprise order went of again on the 15 of October still no help from Telkom
