Bought a meal for R143 at Alberton, behind Engen Filling Station. Too much salt, different from the one I bought about a month ago at The Reef, Dinwiddie.
Awesome. Lindleigh Applegreen has thorough knowledge on the products I inquired about. She was also very patient
Today I went to visit one of the Boxer Stores in Chris Hani Mall. I do not want to mention the cashier's name. Was on a queue to pay for two Aquelle (Granadilla Flavored) which were priced as R20 for two on the shelf. My brother who was behind me offered to pay for the drinks and I politely asked the cashier to give back my R20 and combine the two drinks together with my brothers items. I asked the cashier again not to take my R20 and she didn't take me seriously and proceeded to put the note into the drawer. I viewed that as being disrespectful towards me as I pleaded with her countless times to return the R20 but she arrogantly inserted it into the drawer. I don't want to reveal her name but wud appreciate it if this message could reach the store with the view that I would not experience this kind of arrogant and disrespectful behavior from any of the cashiers.
I placed a Lay-by at Mr Price, The Reef Centre, in Germiston. Yesterday when I went to pay it off, I was told that my parcel could not be found. I waited and waited thinking maybe by luck they will find it but no luck. I was offered a refund as a result of unavailability of my Lay-byed clothes. This may be due to negligence or human error, at the same it is also an inconvenience to me. Can you please intervene as I feel that Mr Price has violated the Laybye contract agreement as stated in the invoice-: "Mr Price agrees hereby agrees to sell to Phamela Motloung on a Lay-by system"
Sunday, 04 Dec I went to the Chris Hani branch to ask for an increase on my credit card funds or allowance. I was told to go back and get a 3rd payslip which I did. Because it was almost 1oclock, I decided to go to the Newmarket Mall, Alberton branch. I produced my 3 payslips, then I was told that there was something the consultant was seeing for the first time in my payslip and that my matter would be escalated as per the policy. My payslip was written sick without sick note, something which has got nothing to do with Capitec, it is not a deduction but hours paid for by the employer when an employee is absent without a medical certificate. I realised that this credit card fund increase will take forever to be approved, I took my payslips and left. What a waste of my time, my petrol, I took a day off from work. What I do not understand why this application would be escalated as my normal hours reflected on my payslip, I don't know why the "Sick without sick note" became an issue which had to be escalated.
Good day I would like to dispute the Rejection Fee charged for the 25th March 2022 and the one for 25April 2022, I have missed another payment as a result of the rejection fee. I had R79 available for you to debit and didn't make provision for the rejection fee because what happened on the 25 March 2022 was beyond my control and was due to Technical issue experienced by Standard Bank. I've tried to raise the matter with your Consultants and was told I can't dispute it. I'm disappointed in how Telkom treats its customers. They are never helpful and often at time they fail to consider their customers circumstances. Can't wait to pay off this contract.
A few years back I complained about having a few ATMs at Motse wa Lijane, Katlehong. Capitec Bank managed to address the concern I raised through the Hello Peter platform. What I would like to know, is it a Policy that you must only operate with one Cash Accepting ATMs on a weekend? Is it a Policy to inconvenience your customers. Don't do what Nedbank at the same Shopping Centre are doing. At least open and set the door to automatically close maybe at 5 or 6. Currently I'm standing in a long queue, ATM which is operating doesn't accept cash because it is full, the other 3 ATMs are locked.
Thank you Capitec Bank, went to your branch in Katlehong, Hlahatsi was turned away. Went there to open an account for my two daughters who previously used the Ndlovu surname, currently they are using the Motloung. I was asked to produce an Ammendment letter, its confusing because my daughters never owned Capitec accounts. I would understand if they were required so the document so they would update their details. I was very happy that after my daughter's did well at school I would present them with Capitec Bank accounts, you just spoiled my day. Thank you thank you for spoiling my plans. I still don't understand why you need an Amendment letter from my daughters.
I took up an ABSA Personal Loan and asked ABSA to debit on the the 25th October, I don't know what has happened because money is still on my account, it has not been debited. I tried unsuccessfully to contact ABSA. Now I'm in the dark as to when the funds will be debited.
#Pick n Pay, Sam Ntuli Mall, 4 cashiers to serve +-45 customers standing a long queue. Come on people, you can do better than that.
