Didn’t receive what I paid for
Hi KFC SA I made a purchase in the early hours of the 21st at Diepkloof Square. I was told about the R99 streetwise 5 special however I didn’t receive my mini loaves and the cold drinks.

Pick n Pay Rosebank mall
On Monday the 08-01-2024 I bought a cake for my son’s birthday and a tray of fried hake fish that cost about R15. On the first and second bite eating the fish I didn’t notice nor get the smell that it was rotten but when I noticed I quickly went back to Pick n Pay and returned it. The man and lady who were assisting me didn’t even apologize they just said that “yes the fish is rotten and it was from the previous day”. They refunded me and I was on my way. Later that day I started having stomachache and running stomach and couldn’t bring myself to eat anything. I had running stomach for 3days. That fish was the only thing I ate that day. This was at Pick n Pay Rosebank mall. Please do better!

Bad Quality
Bought a pack of nappies on Thursday and my son is not having any running stomach but I’m sitting on half of the pack now. The packet is written up to 12hours of dryness but the nappies gets full in an hour. I really don’t understand why they produce and sell such poor quality nappies. On top of it, my son now has nappy rash because of these nappies. This is beyond poor quality. It needs to be discontinued 😡😡😠

Pampers Nappies
For the longest time I have been using Pampers nappies but recently I have found that the last two packs that I bought for my boy leak. Every morning he wakes up wet,mind you he only wears the nappy for 8hours max and I wake him up during the night but still the nappy leaks. I bought these Pampers from Pick n Pay Diepkloof Square.

Excellent Health Care service
Last night my 10years old boy fell ill and I rushed him to Dr SK Matseke Hospital. Upon arrival, we were assisted in the Casualty ward and he got admitted. I went in the following morning and he says he really enjoyed being there. I would like to thank the staff at Dr SK Matseke for taking care of my son. Keep up the great work.
