I bought a top loader washing machine I recently encountered problems with the machine I reported it a week ago… I am yet to receive their response or for them to show up I went back to the store where I bought the machine to find out what happened. The sales lady called them with no response … am just wondering why is it easy to sell us your product but difficult to fix them when we have problems…
Couple weeks I logged a call about money being deducted from my account without my permission, was told I requested a top up and I told them I never authorised that . I was told that they will investigate until today they are still investigating, yesterday I was told that my services will be disconnected, I called again was told they are still investigating, today I woke up with no service I paid … am still waiting for my refund… and the service it’s still ****
My husband bought a phone from Pick ‘n Pay Tshwane mall it came with an app took the phone back only to be brought back with the same app when my husband questioned this he was told to go and fix the phone himself, he then asked for another phone or his money back they promised to fix it till today it’s not fixed it’s been a month…
I met a very caring security guard, who looked after my car even escorted me to exit, then the cashier manager insulted me over a parking ticket dispute he called me a thief, this happen at sammymarks square parking, am very disappointed at how I was treated as a paying customer.
I bought electricity a month ago via app accidentally deleted the message, called MTN call centre i have been given the runaround by both the agents and their supervisor. I am still waiting to be assisted its been 2 weeks now. With no help from them i am terribly disgusted by this i have been their loyal customer for many years now. I NEED ASSISTANCE!!!!! IS IT TOO MUCH TO ASK
On Saturday my Husband took my sick puppy to spca it was poisoned and he was turned away and was told that he should make a booking, he tried to explain but he was still turned away as a result my puppy died, am confused where we should report animal cruelty if the very same people we supposed to report to are the ones who are doing that cruelty, I know as blacks we are known not to care for our pets but some of us take them as family members. Am very disappointed at the doctor who turned my husband away I hope she sleeps better at night, I don’t know how we suppose to donate to such an organization that doesn’t care and doesn’t show compassion, very disappointed
Staff here don't care about customer service i found myself waiting for 30min for a consultant to assist because the lady who helped me before was not available was coming to work later , it was assumed i will wait for her. I don't know if this store knows about customer service and why its important for them to assist me regardless of their colleague is at work or not. I am very disappointed it felt like they were doing me a favour and am not a paying customer.
