This place is a joke!
We booked a stay with Ngiri Safaris from the 5th - 7th of July 2024. Although it is the middle of winter, we booked the tent because we wanted to have that glamping experience and, on their photos, it looked so cozy. Needless to say, it was terrible. The zip of the tent was stripped and couldn't close, so the wind came in the whole night. The next day we advise them of this, and they half fixed it with duck tape, but it was still open and freezing. The manager apologised about this and said we can go on a free game drive on the Sunday, but she didn't give us the time on the game drive. Sunday morning when we asked if we could go on the game drive, she said they already left. Never again!

Do not rent from then
The worst ever experience with Igrow. They are *******! If you don’t want any of your deposit money back then rent from them. They are quick to take your money but when it’s time to pay back your deposit they full of stories and it’s never ending. We didn’t get a cent back from our deposit in actual fact we had to pay in.

USELESS USELESS USELESS!!!!!!
I hate this logistics company; they are absolutely USELESS. It's been over a month, and I still haven't received my package. Last week when I phoned Brian informed me that my package is on its way to the Buffalo Warehouse in Kempton and I would be able to collect before the end of the week. Today the lady is telling me it's still at the airport?? ***???????? According to my tracking number, my package has been on its way to Buffalo Warehouse DC since last week Tuesday They are wasting my airtime, and my time. I'm tired of this Bull***t!!!!!

Floorwiz mop
I bought the floor wiz mop about 4 months ago and it was the worst mistake I ever made. The Velcro doesn’t stick so the material itself keeps coming off every time I try to mop my tiles and it’s very frustrating I am very disappointed in this product, and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone
