May I jusst compliment the wonderful staff from We Buy Cars Richmond park, from having the worst experience service wise from rhe Brackenfell branch, where we were looking to buy a car, Brackenfell branch and their staff needs some manners, as they lost the sale that day, saying we don't care, driving with low moods to the Richmond branch, parked and as we walked in we were greeted buy the nicest lady, I am sorry I did not get her name, we we were sold rite there, we were treated like royalty at Richmond Park, to rhe sales guys and to Ezra you guys are magnificent, thank you We Buy cars Richmond Park, the rest should come take lessons from you, I would recommend anyone to visit Richmond Park we buy cars for their top kitchen service Thank you Thank you Thank you 😊
So after numerous attempts, Vodoacom just don't come back or return phone call, Do I really have to helo Peter everytime to hope and pray somebody will call back, Vodacom keeps on putting cal me advances on my number, after months and months of battling One person contacted me, issue was resolved in a day, and then not even a month later same problem, only this time Vodacom don't call back and ignore all calls, I have gone and seen a lawyer regarding this after, I lost 2 days of work because of vodacom Your vodacom shops is a bigger joke than trying to get through to anybody, I need vodacoms legal department to contact me asap
Vodacom you should be ashamed of yourself, How many times do I have to phone with no answer, after a odacom consultancies the problem and a month later same problem, stop putting advances on my bill and then deducting the money
So after numerous attempts calling with no answer, Vodacom lies and *****s, after airtime advances wich has nothing to with me, that belongs to the person having this number before, after the last time, vodacom promised that they took it off, and months later what do you know, money taken again from me for airtime advances Someone better phone asap and fix this NOW 066 508 5745 LEE
Vodacom is the biggest **** network I have ever came across, everytime I recharge it deducted money for outstanding airtime advances, what the actual, I better not say the word, I got this number in 2022 and I can't put any mo ey on then it deducts, and what's the most frustrating is you can't speak to a vodacom person all options leads to Tobi, I was stuck next to the road in the middle of no where, bought airtime wich vodacom took, ,I could not phone anybody, can't speak to a vodacom agent, I was nearly high jacked, I am posting this as awareness to anybody, I am in the process filing legal claims against vodacom, no matter what you do who you phone wich store you go to, answer is we can't help you
What an absolute joke Absa bank has become, looking more like an old home affairs, where you have to wait on plastic chairs, not even the bank manager k own what she is doing after asking what the hell is going, the bank went from a helpful bank to o o e k ow what they are doing, athe it absa bank Cape Gate is a joke, it took the bank 3 hours and 22 min before they helped us, the que of people was so frustrated 😠 😡 , and now after all that they did not even do what they were supposed to do, now abasa emails me and says my account is not Fica'ed and the account will be locked, I demand absa to pho e me as I will not drive there again and sit for 3 hours for something g that should have taken 4 minutes, they don't even have a help desk anymore
My Grandmother of 87 years old bought me 2 pairs of pants o e of the pair was incorrect size I stead of 34 she took a 32, and she bought herself personal stuff I presume Before leaving g the store she asked the gentleman and explaining she is not from Cape atown if the pants is not to my liking I can change it for a pair I like,the problem I like the pa ts very much but the one is incorrect size, I don't have the slip because she bought lots of other items so that's why she asked the gentleman can I exchange the pants without her being present, they assured her ofcourse he can, so now that I finally got my gift, I noticed when trying g on the one is to small, I took it to Mr Price where it was purchased and then rudely the ladies behind the counter just like this (where's the slip) I explained and she took the pants to someone in the back came back, OH the tag was stil on the pants, with a attitude and just no the pa ts were worn, clearly it has not been you can see its still stiff from the newness, no other assistance were offfered to what we can do, I was dismissed, I said I am contact your head office, this is unexpected from a store I would appreciate of someone can call me back ASAP regarding this matter Lee 066 508 5745
So this is now been going on for about two months, we bought a Stanley dupe cupe, only way to explain, upon unpacking at home we noticed that the cups lid does not fit, we took it back, store was very very unhelpful, after numerous emails to customer careline, finally after two months the store called back saying sorry and that I should please come and fetch a inconvenience voucher, driving all the way to the store in question standing at the customer service finally the guy showed up, then it was back and gorth back forth, just to let us know they don't have any vouchers, I call bull!@#$, the time of service from a company like Makro is unextable, now customer service keeps on calling but no one talk on the other side, the store when you call just puts you on hold and then disconnect the call, if you think that this type of behavior is expectable, then you have another thing coming, the store never followed up after promising that they will sort the voucher out buy last week and NOTHING, the amoutbof diesel I have driven out to Makro, the amount of money I wasted on keep being put on hold and yet again NOTHING, I demand some with a higher position call me back ASAP HOW DEAR YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS CALL ME ASAP LEE 066 508 5745

In 2021 we purchased 2 beautiful tub chairs and 2 beautiful recliners 1 is electric and the other one is a normal one wich works manually, nothing wrong and live the the chairs, however, the electric recliner failed while it was open with my elderly mom in the chair after she had a major operation hense we bought the electric recliner because she had very little movement, she was stuck in the chair as it could not close, it Wil tip over if she would have tried getting out of it. Upon purchase there was a card that was filled out for the warranty of the chair. Tafelber furniture was contacted and not very friendly said we must contact Alpine themselves, after numerous emails and telephone calls NOBODY has ever contaced us leaving us With a broken chair I had no other choice as tonput this on Helo Peter Please contact me regarding this matter Lee 066 508 5745
