Vodacom insurance is a rip-off, After paying for 26 months, they refuse to repair my device. Not they are giving me a run around to get the insurance cancelled. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
The absolute worse courier service. Goods sitting in customs for a month, every day the consultants have a new excuse with "please allow 24 hours for feedback". its been 696 Hours now? where is my feedback???
False advertising on the online shop - advertised multiple products at promotional prices that doesn't allow you to checkout. Clearly just a poor marketing scam as I tried contacting the call center, they can not assist.
Telkom keeps ignoring the fault, we have no internet and they have no intention on repairing the fault. i get an email " Ticket ref. 36083500 on service 100130017 has been closed. " when they have not even come out to check the fault. tried to speak to an agent online and after 5 minutes i get ignored. This is the most despicable ISP ever! they are absolutely useless.
Received exceptional service from Susanne at Ooba home loans. She went out of her way to negotiate better rates and discounts above what was offered by the banks. made the procedures almost effortless on our end. :D
9 days and 3 follow ups to get a quotation from these guys that is clearly ridiculous at way more then the cost of palisade fencing for precast. Think these guys have way too much business to be interested in smaller 140M jobs.
They have advertised an XBOX with a cash purchase price, I drove around to 3 stores and all have refused to supply me with the device on a cash purchase. They are just playing fools, wish I could just cancel my contracts with these fools.
Vehicle broke down towards the end of 2019, within 48 hours, the claim was inspected and approved, however the mechanics have done a pretty poor repair job for the amount of money that was paid to them. Never the less Innovation group and ABSA warranties have my trust.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Sent my car in for repairs for a misfire / hesitation which was supposed to be a 1-2 day job, the car sat with them for 4 months where I received a different excuse everyday as to why they need another day to complete until I had to eventually collect to car it a pathetic barely drive-able condition. in addition to the hesitation, they had broken interior pieces, lost clips, *****s and covers throughout the engine and auxiliary system, damaged radiator hoses, plastic mounting clips and thread holes on the engine itself. All the replacement parts that were supposed to be fitted had clearly not been done and when I asked for the old parts, i was given various parts from other models of cars to make it seem as if they had tried. The fault was narrowed down to a leaking injector which took 20 min to diagnose and change by a real mechanic, And another 5 days to go through and replace all the missing and damaged parts that were caused by these guys. I would give these guys negative stars if I could. A TOTAL RIPOFF!!!! Just to be specific, this is Master Mac's Service Centre in Queensburgh.
Pathetic and totally incompetent staff ridiculed with arrogance and disrespect. Spoke to a few people in the dealership today and all were just as rude and immature. My advice: keep away from this dealership, there are many more better and honest dealerships around.
