Very disappointed in Vodacom's customer service. I placed an order for the home fibre on 22 December 2025 and is still waiting for the rooter to be delivered and the installation. Phoned a few times to find out what is the hold up, but nobody can give me an answer.
I renewed my 2 vehicle license discs on 23 September 2025 through the Capitec banking app. I only received 1 disc so far. 17 days later and I am still waiting for my other vehicle disc. I have been to the Capitec branches on numerous occasions, but no one can tell me where my other license is. I tried to contact RTMC but no response from them. I am refusing to pay for a reprint of my vehicle license disc as I already paid for a service that I didn't receive. This is unacceptable.
I am very disappointed in the GHD hair straighteners. They are not as good as they used to be. Mine broke 3 months after the 2 years warranty expired. So are they now making hair straighteners that only lasts 2 years? GHD also don't do repairs anymore. You pay a fortune to get a proper GHD that will break after 2 years. I think that is unacceptable.
I keep receiving smse from CSS that I owe money to Cell C. I have contacted Cell C and I have an email that my account is up to date, and Cell C told me they didn't give my account over to any Debt collectors. The sms just give an account number to pay the money in. Not any amount that I owe and then they tell me to contact them, but they don't give a telephone number. So how must I contact them??
I have been struggling since last year with Cell C. My father died, after numerous months, emails and phone calls his account was transferred to me eventually. Now me and my mother are being harassed by Debt collectors looking for my dead father, saying he owes money. Then when Cell C phoned my mother sometime, they advised her that she can just ignore the smse. I sent through a few emails to creditqueries, they confirmed that I don't owe money, I have a debit order. I just received another sms from CSS stating that I owe money and that further action will be taken against me. So please can we sort this out.
Could you please stop harassing my mother. My father died and I took over the cellphone account. The account is in my name. You keep calling twice a week wanting to talk to my father. Don't you update your systems?????????
Most pathetic customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Been asking to take over my deceased dads account for 5 months now. All the docs where sent through. Every time I asked if it has been transferred already, I must sent all the docs again. And I already sent it all. Now you went and put penalties on my dads account. He is dead, there is no money. That's why I asked to take over the account. I will be cancelling my contract and moving over to another service provider.
Good day I have been struggling to take over my fathers cell c account who passed away in Jan 21 already. My mother uses that phone. Numerous emails, and I have been into your Cell C branches twice now, but nothing seems to happen. This is really very unprofessional. Both of us have been with Cell c for over 10 years. You have sent smse to give feedback regarding my query, but I haven't received any response from you....
Poor quality furniture bought at ********** After only 2 months the cushions of the couch started pulling away from each other. I went in to the branch to complain and they told me to email them pics. Never heard back from them.... So time for a new couch, but won't be buying from them again
