I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding an online order for my scholar’s books that was placed on 08 January.despite numerous follow-ups, calls, and emails, I have received no meaningful assistance to date. Each time I contact the store, I am informed that the books have already been invoiced, yet no one is able to explain why the order has not been shipped or provide a clear resolution timeline. I am repeatedly told that there is nothing that can be done, which is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Schools have already started, and my scholar is still without textbooks because of this delay. The lack of accountability and communication has caused significant inconvenience and distress.
I do not recommend this company, they debited my money twice without getting any assistance from them no services rendered as promised, one of their consultants Unathi she was the one assisting me, she was supposed to cancel the 2nd debit order, but she did not and the kept on debiting my account when i call them to do a refund Unathi assured me she will assist me in removing one of my account of which it did not happen, when i request for the refund they are refusing to refund my money. they took a total of R2634.00 and they have not rendered the service promised. If the was a 0 rating that's what they deserve

I am not happy at all about the service I have received from netflorist because it shows that your employees can even do fraud and I want this matter to be taken further. I ordered a gift today and it was not delivered for order no 105941913 When I track my order it shows that the order was delivered and signed of by the recipient which is not correct as the recipient didn’t receive anything and didn’t sign for anything so it means your driver forged a signature for record keeping , is it part of the companies policy for workers to lie, that so unethical and I don’t know why you would hire people who don’t live to the company values. I had specifically made numerous phone calls to your call centre informing your agents that should the recipient not be available the driver must call me directly and they assured me that’s what he will do and he didn’t I am so disappointed in your unprofessionalism and you have completely ruined a gift that would have made someone’s day it shows that netflorist doesn’t live up to its promise to its customers.
Just had a bad customer service from Lorraine Kunda steers dainfern squre, the lady was so rude on the call. i never expected this from steers.very unprofessional.
Received bad bad services from Nandos leaping frog, The manager there by the name of Sarah knows nothing about customer service..
