I have been a client of this company since 1985. I have had numerous homelands from them. They have earned a fortune from interest from credit cards. I am supposedly a PCB. Private Client. We have recently sold our property and have purchased another. PAID in FULL. Value R1.5 Million. In other words -not bonded. We apply for a paltry R350K and get declined[ in my wife name] Their personal banking interaction is pretty dam useless. But here is the caveat. Sanlam and Direct Axis will willing give us credit at a much higher percentage. Nedbank, Im really really disappointed.
Shocking service for 2 hours and then EVENTUALLY, after call centers and 4 people, SOMEONE called Jonty names to the rescue.
They advertised a special. 50% off. Yes, Ts&Cs. Was 329. NOW 149 excl delivery. Added chokes. Total was 339.- Is my sister in laws birthday Friday 16th. The special expires on 16th. Cant complete transaction. Bummer. NO DELIVERY TO NORTHERN SUBURBS IN JHB. Flippen poor show. *** !!
Having had a gas kettle for 8 years now the acid-test came when we read the "fine print" Disappointed with the lifespan of Le Creuset Review by Karl R. on 4 October 2020 If you live in a coastal town, go SS (stainless steel) rather. We had this kettle for 8 years and only used filtered water. The base inside is completely rusted. Went online - only has a 5 year warranty, drat! Gas is the preferred source of cooking and right now we are using our inexpensive small camping kettle. I would not recommend this product to a friend. The fact be known there was no abuse neither damage. Quite the contrary. They should not promote the steel kettle for gas as the steel is going thru a constant annealing process
Being new to the property domain I often have to engage for info and support from Head Office. I must say that the approach from the individuals dealt with thus far is extremely professional and spontaneous. Its simplifies my life to know that there is such an amazing back office. #yourforeverhome
I have tried for 4 ( four) hours to connect with their PE branch where a particular vehicle is located. Their NATIONAL call centre is a very very frustrating to deal with. They say we will connect you and the call drops. Poor, poor poor customer service. In fact "shocking"
My 19 YO daughter purchased R600 worth of product 2 months ago. She immediately had buyers remorse. She has tried to cancel/recall her order and get a refund. Nothing happening from the agent and or the head office. The "covid" answer doesn't work. The product was shipped and all mails / communication go unnoticed.
This beach resto is situated a mere 20 meters from the sea, Santos Beach. Good food, good service, great food, efficient service, kids friendly and also music on occasion. The hosts PK and Jan are always at hand and have a no nonsense approach to under 18s who try and bend the rules. You literally sit in your doozie with your feet in the sand. Simply Devine and very enjoyable
10 days ago my wife bought a ticket to Uganda for a teaching post. Sadly she was not able to fly due to the fact that she was unable to get a yellow-fever injection. We contacted a friend who is in the travel industry who connected us with TRACY ****croft. The refund [ in full] was received today. Thank you for going the extra mile. We have been harassed by this company for the past 2 weeks. Phonecalls, and sms's. We have paid an about of 15000 to the National Health Laboratory. [ tissue type testing for my daughter for my wife s cancer] after numerous phonecalls to their callcentre[ incompetent and inept staff] 3 emails have been sent. NO ACTION>pathetic. sms's and phonically continue unabated. Next step..restraining order on the company
