Review Vox
8 days of no internet. And very little hope that will be restored today either. Vox team unable to help. Vox 24/365 days of support means very little at all. Support equals escalation of a support ticket to outside telecom providers and outside vendors . I have found the whole experience very frustrating as it's difficult to speak to anyone from Vox. Yes you can do things like send emails. However that been said . One sends and emailHamd in most cases your response will be " your ticket has been logged " or the 087 .Number But if your like me my contract does not allow for calling 087numbers . Which grates me too. The feedback from Vox is dismal Communication is tough with Vox to say the least. The internet speeds are good and stable when the line is running However most providers can do the same thing . So to conclude if your looking for a provider I would not recommend going with Vox

poor after sale service
I bought a brand new out the box Citroen pure tech. I asked for smash and grab. on collection 1. window tint poorly installed had to go back 2. thick brown dirt on drivers column 3. tools loose in boot 4. Chrome grille had a defect in the chrome and had a spot that was dull 5. passage door handle drivers side paint over spray and not level { may cause issues with pee later 6 no welcome to the family gift 7 broken key ring given as some kind of gift 3 weeks later still no result in the replacement of grille Werner Meyer the used car manager response its not his problem deal principle must be Politian had ever excuses under the sun and took no responsibility . may come back was that they gave us a discount on the car, meaning i should just except the issues. I think both parties need a new profession . car is back for the tint to be done today , all other issues still not even addressed. Do not buy anything from this group westvaal summerset west . they have very little regards for customers

Poor service
Order goods on 7th today is 13th. Nothing has come. Sent email first comple of emails got a weak response,. Now no response, no tracking numbers only order number, no confirmation that order has left or is on route. Jhb land line just rings

Misleading the public

Foton Have mislead the public buy advertising that there Thunland has a tough long lasting Cumming Engine " Cumming is America engine one of the best in the world along side with duratech ) saldy they lied its a fake Cumming a knock of made in china Its not strong , not tough and not long lasting. There are little or no parts avaiable to even repair it and get rid of it. even the jacks on the 2014/2015 thunlands had to recalled as they could not take the weight of the car. I have a Foton Thunland 2.8isf 4x4 it has 49500km on the clock thus far its spent 4 months " on going " in the work shop engine failure , clutch failure. Funny the same engine made in the US is used in the agriculture sector , no problems with there engine , clearly Foton Cummings is not one at all. Dissapointing
