Very bad quality jewelery. The ring setting is cheap metal and the stone dull and is definately moisonite. Received order after more than 2 months.Do not order from this company .
Order placed beginning of July. Received email my parcel is on its way 2 weekw later. 1 week later I received email my product is out of stock??? Sent email again asking how is this possible? The answer, "your parcel is with couriers" Still no delivery. Do not order from them.
I ORDERED 1 ITEM. I RECEIVED 2 INSTEAD OF 1. I RECEIVED ANOTHER 2 - IN TOTAL 4 - I NEEDED ONLY ONE!! THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY FOR ALL OF THEM AND I DO NOT NEED IT! THIS EXTRA COST IS R4000. BE CAREFULL. PRODUCT WILL JUST BE DELIVERED AND YOU MUST PAY!!!
It took almost 2 weeks for my parcel to arrive. I was not happy with the product and and lodge a return I am entitled to do. After a month the parcel was still not collected, like all other online shopping platforms do I contacted them just to be informed that I must send it back myself and another 15% will be deducted from my credit for handling fees. When they organise collection, costs will also be deducted from my credit. On the return policy, there is nothing mentioned that the client is responsible to organise and pay for the return, only 15% handling fee.
They are the worst couriers. Definately not customer friendly. I will not recommend them. I am waiting for my credit card for 3 months to be delivered. They just cant wait for 2 minutes for me to arrive at my office. 3rd time sceduled and they never pitch!!! WORST COMPANY!!!
I was looking for a light fitting rhat was on display. I had to look for somebody to assist me. eventually I found one asking him for the fitting on display. He said it is not available. After asking him if I can buy the one on display he just said "no" Asking him then why is it still on display, he walked away. No further help or recommendations and very undriendly. Staff needs to be trained to be more friendly and helpfull. Dont think I will go back to that branch.
We had bad luck in 2 months and unfortunately had to submit 4 claims. Been with Hollard for years and claimed the minimum. One of the recent claims was a burglary. Lots of jewelery, clothes etc was stolen. The result of claims: Policy will be cancelled. We submit a fraud claim according to them. No claim will be paid out. We suffer big loss and now we are the criminals. The assessors seemed to be trained to find something to acuse you that you are lying. This was and is a nightmare. Think twise if you consider Hollard as your Insurance company
