Don't buy from Snatcher Online! It took two weeks for them to tell me that they didn't have my product after begging them to find out where my delivery was. It has now almost been two weeks since I was told I would be given a full refund to my card and I'm still waiting! It's just excuse after excuse with this company!
Don't bother to answer your email after a week of begging the to consider an issue with the invoice, but they expect you to still pay on time and will suddenly know your email address when you don't pay.
I placed an order on the 19th of May, I received an "update" on my order on the 23rd of May and have not heard back since. I still don't have my order and I have sent two messages via the online"contact us" and have received zero feedback! If you check the order on their website it states that I have paid and the order is in progress. Waste of my time and money at this point. My order number is 278467.
I need to start by stating that the service department will give you good information, but the service itself and the delivery service used is atrocious! It took almost a week to send out one product that I was told they were doing "quality checks". This does not make sense, but what really gets me is that you use DPD laser deliveries when you can see how horrible they are. There are countless reviews for them that have 1 star, but still you use them. Two days later I'm still waiting for my product to be delivered after their vehicle broke down and they couldn't be bothered to send someone else to deliver products, if you continue to use their service you will lose many customers!
I have been trying for two weeks to cancel part of my policy, at first no one answered then my email was forwarded on, but the following email stated that they tried to contact me, but could not get a hold of me. I responded and stated that no one had tried to contact me and provided my contact details as well as a time when I can be contacted as I am a teacher. I received no response and when I asked again I was told that they had just spoken to me on the phone and that I have said it was an inconvenient time to speak, no one had phoned me, which is what I said in my email and received zero response.
Don't ever buy the woman's bikini underware packed in three's with the Friends or Mickey Mouse brands on! Each pack is R160 and although labeled as all the same size and cut when you come to try it on at home each pair differs in size and cut. When you put one pair on top of another one is clearly smaller than the other but also labeled the same size. Unfortunately you can't return underware so this is a waste of R320 for me. Sadly I trusted a brand that I have known for many years, but this is ridiculous!
I am a regular customer at Pick 'n Pay New Redruth Village, Alberton and over the last few weeks the wait at the tills to pay has become ridiculous. There are 12 tills, but only 3 are open when there is a queue going around the aisle and then a till is opened only to serve the people who work in your shop and then closed again , while the queue stands. This is getting ridiculous! I witnessed many trollies left in the queue as people could not wait so long to pay.
Both my husband and I have sent emails regarding queries and neither of us have had a response. Please do not offer an emailing service if you cannot be botheres to respond.
Disgusting service. First the order place is canceled 5 minutes before its meant to be delivered then we place an order to collect and we receive updates to say the food is ready for collection, but when we arrive the restaurant is closed completely! They took our money both times, but we did not receive any food!
Thank you for an amazing meal and wonderful service. This restaurant will go out of their way to please you. We asked for four croissants and they didn't have any prepared so they made fresh for us before we left.
