Good day May standard bank stop phoning me regarding their ucount service, if I need to open one, I will do it myself, and according to the National Credit Regulator, a bank is not allowed to phone a person and ask them to open up an account witht hem, if I remember correctly, failure in removing my detaips drom your system, will result that I will take this matter to my lawyer and then you may talk to him. Why receive a sms for credit that one didn't even apply for, to me, that is raising some serious questions, saying that I am pre approved, kindly remove my details from your database, failure to do so will result in taking further action with my lawyer.

Good day, the following happened on 02 January 2021. I went to the local kfc, in Rietfontein Road, in Boksburg, went to the drive through to order meals for me, my parents and for my cousin. Upon arrival, saw that the client in front of me was helped, when I went to the intercom to place my order, I heard people talking inside the building in their own language through the intercom, when I said hello, afew times, they didn't respond to my hello, so I went to see the lady by the next window where one pays. Upon arriving their, I could see tjat she was looking to see my order on the system, then she told me that she needs my order, which I didn't give, instead I asked her to call the manager on duty as I want to make a complaint, could see that when she told them that I wanted to speak to the manager on duty, she looks a bit surprised. I then told the manager on duty that the servive I experienced here is not up to standard, as no one from inside the building heard me when I said hello by the intercom, and also, why did the personel talk in their language, to me that is discrimination, also, if they did a course in customer service, that non of this would have happened as I also work with clients on a daily basis. She then told me that she is so very sorry for that, I also told her that I would take this further on social mesia, she behhed me not to do that. So here I am posting what happened to me, as I know that I am not the only one that this has happened to. I did contact KFC on Facebook, and still waiting for their feedback.
