It is so frustrating detailing with the Boksburg branch as none of their managers will do what you’ve asked and they pass the buck all the time. I’m at the point of looking for another supplier for pre packed meals. I place my order with them and when I go to collect they have not done the order and it’s just a joke to them. I think Woolworths has this attitude that if you don’t like it go somewhere else. So no problem I will do exactly that.
Once again I have had two call centre agents put down the phone on me for no reason. First person a guy by the name of Gcnile and then when I called back I had to explain to a lady by the name of Lehlonolo everything again only for her to put down the phone on me as well. I find it a joke having to call the call centre as nobody knows how to deal with the clients or are not qualified to deal with clients. Our fees may be low but the saying you get what you pay for is so true. Even dealing with management is a joke as they do not take the clients seriously and even though they say they have dealt with the problem they have not put what they say into place.
Due to my hubby losing his job because of BEE we did not want to lose our insurance coverage so we contacted OUTsurance and they managed to bring our insurance down without changing our policy. The people at OUTsurance were so understanding and helpful and this is the reason we will not change our insurance company. Thanks to everyone that assist us we appreciate you all.
It is ridiculous when Capitec have a call centre and no body can assist you with an error. All you get is one story after another. The bank as much as they say they look after your best interest the only interest they look after is their own. Faith put down the phone on me and now I’ve called the second time and yet again the call has been cut by the agent. Just awesome dealing with incompetency.
Spar does not honour their specials. The pamphlet in our area shows there special yet they still charge normal prices and refuse to honour their head office specials. How disgusting.
I have had extremely bad service from this group. There bra’s keep snapping and because they have marked down the bra’s from R400 to R79 they refuse to refund me. Instead it becomes a screaming match between myself and the store manager Jennifer. When I contact Miladys head office they come back with an excuse that the bra’s where bought in 2024 which is a load of *******. It’s a problem buying from them if you don’t have an account. As a pensioner that is willing to pay their premium prices to get this kind of service is absolutely shocking. Maybe they can’t afford to give back the money because as the store manager said their store would loose points due to this return and that will be bad for them. My advise to anyone needing underwear go to Woolies or Pep as the service from them is way better.
I have a friend that needed a bra and being someone that has extremely big ****s we really needed help. Our first thought was to try the Plus Store but the people working there where really not interested in assisting and also had no clue on even how to measure for the correct size. 10 minutes and we left and went into Miladys Meadowdale. What a difference in service. We were greeted straight away by 3 beautiful ladies Jennifer, Sibongile and Kgaogelo hope I spelt her name right. Kgaogelo not only did she help us to find two good bra's but she also made my friend feel at ease and checked that the bra fitted her correctly. 🤣 They had to cut the tag off my friend as she was not taking the bra off for nobody. She even looked slimmer. So I just wanted to say a big thank to the ladies for making our shopping experience a memorable one. We will definitely be back.
Shopping at Woolworths is North Rand road is a nightmare. Every week I complain about he same stock not being in stock yet it is a joke to them. When you start to raise your voice at them then they get offended and it's now a race issue in the meantime it's a damn stock issue. Head office needs to deal with their stock issues at store level.
BP has your bundle of Joy competition on but when you try to enter with your slip they keep telling you the slip is invalid. How is that a competition if they have a computer sending out messages that says this. We only use BP to fill up so I wonder what slip they think we are sending them. So now we can’t enter because it says we have already entered the competition after 5 times of telling us the slip is invalid. Here’s my question has the forecourt guys entered our slip. I wonder if this competition will be fair at all if that’s the case
Took my car in to have my air conditioner replaced. The air conditioner is draining the battery and on contacting AA Boksburg they were sending someone to come assist me this morning and nobody has bothered to pitch up. Now I’m told it might only be after the long weekend. What a joke. If I were a male I would have been treated differently. It has been a nightmare been with the AA. You would think as a company known for years they would be the better choice to take your car too but clearly this is not the case. Speaking to the customer care line they have no idea of how to assist and their supervisor is too busy to deal with the call.
