Get out of the car at the drop and go get a trolley as there was none by the door,my son waited in the car,on the way back i see security clamping the wheel.My son and i tried to explain,Rude and arrogant is the word,not to mention so called parking management is the same.So you have a job and this entitles you to be rude and look down on the next person,,R2000 is alot of money if u do not have.Hope 1 day he is not in a similar position to be treated the same.AIRPORT MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE ANYWAY NO MATTER WHAT WE SAY OR REPORT THEY GAINING FROM THE R2000.PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC.KARMA

Apart from the activities it was perfect,but what spoiled everything was room 142 at vacation club had BED BUGS it had bitten me all over my body,we called reception no answer called the Duty manager no answer.Finally when we got a response I was told it needs to be investigated as it's a serious allegation.I told the Duty manager who called us back at about 8.30 the following morning please come and have a look,says he will send the housekeeping supervisor.Whats so sad is the Rudeness of the Duty manager who's name is RUDY and up until today he has not even called to ask how are we doing are we ok.The house keeping supervisor came out and had a look and took picture,as the bed bugs was even on the corner of thr headboard of the bed.I TOO HAVE PICTURES.The room was changed immediately this is all happening now 12 hours later from when we found the bed bugs.They allowed us to stay till lunch time,but what kills me,we were locked out of our room as they had blocked the key Card.We had to go back to reception and ask for RUDY so called Duty manager whos was rude again to myself and my wife!!!THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE FOR A 5 STAR RESORT.IT WAS MY 1ST TIME THERE AND IT WILL BE MY LAST.I am still suffering with all the bites and bumps and blood spots on my body and my head and it's day 5 already....IT SEEMS ITS ABOUT THE MONEY AND NO MORE ABOUT SERVICE AND WHAT THE NAME STANDS FOR.PLEASE CHECK YOUR ROOMS AND BEDS FOR BED BUGS IF EVER YOU STAYING AT SUNCITY VACATION CLUB
