I ordered a mouse, it was supposed to take 5 working days - today is day 11. Phoned the call center, they don't know where the mouse is, they don't know what the tracking number is.
Rain gives terrible support, I spent the day trying to get through to their service number. The number is on some expensive platform that you can't use free minutes on. I counted my call history the amount of times I called them (it's 14 times) I managed to get through to an agent twice and both times the call just disconnected. The internet is great while it works, but the support is non-existant.
I have a delivery that I am trying to track - their call center doesn't answer the phone, and their website's last recorded status for my delivery is 3 days ago. I'd appreciate it if someone could reach out and talk to me about an ETA on my delivery.
I've been trying to cancel my Smartbroadband Wireless 20gb within my cooling off period, but have been sent from pillar to post.
