Terrible Network
Service provider sells phones and sim cards but network coverage is very bad. If you enjoy frustration, purchase a contract witg this service provider.

Before I wrote this comment, I noticed that I'm not the only one with this problem and I'm appalled that this has not been addressed by this Company. Clearly there is something wrong with the formula which is why people are getting bad skin reactions.

They assisted me swiftly with a tire change. Sent someone to my house in less than an hour. I was really happy with the service. Thandiwe Khumalo was the consultant that helped me. She was really friendly and efficient.

DO NOT finance anything with Connect Financial Services. Settled my account according to their statement and apparently there was an outstanding amount of about R200. They reduced my credit score by flagging it as account in arrears when they should have debited my account at the end of the month like they normally, do, but didn't. ****py.

Sanlam Sky - Payout
Sanlam Sky takes long to payout policy claims and don’t communicate well. I submitted my policy withdrawal documents with Sanlam Sky on 31 October 2018 and subsequently submitted my proof of address as requested, after I had to call and find out what was going on because no communication was made by Sanlam Sky. I am still waiting for my payout to date after I have been told the claim went through and payment has been made. I don’t understand why I must wait so long to get money which I put in every month and would rather cancel the policy if my needs as a client areotaken into consideration! My policy number is SG ********** 1
