All means of contacting Hyundai Bryanston have failed. The chatbot promises a human will call me back. Nothing. I call in and am cut off three times. The Customer care line is out. There is a phone number shown on the website which no longer exists. Technically the dealership is open today
I purchased a laptop from Incredible Connection. The photographs on their website show a usbc port. Upon unpacking at home the device did not have a usbc port. I returned it and got a refund. BUT having informed IC of this discrepancy on many channels, they continued to advertise the device as possessing a usbc port. Almost amounts to false advertising. "Incredible"
Vumacam erected a camera on a pole next to my house about 10 years ago. They connected it to the electricity supply from my house. This was without permission, and without any plan to reimburse the cost to me. When I enquired about this with support I am given the run around. They seem to think it's ok to just take my power to add to their bottom line.
On the website and banking app the credit card account statement has no entries, i.e. totally blank. Possibly a system error? It has been like this for several days and no one seems to have picked up the problem or fixed it. My email to standard bank alerting them has gone unanswered.
Cancelled the Woolworths credit card, and have been told it is cancelled, but Woolworths is still taking a debit order for the monthly service fee.
Hantie, Investec is doing the same to us. Shares sold in February. Still no payment to us of the proceeds. Hilary
Just a heads up to all Standard Bank Private Banking clients.<br> If you have had a garage card they are debiting R300 annual card fee. <br> I do not use it any more. The response from the Bank is that yes I can cancel the garage card but I will not be reimbursed. How convenient for you! I have searched the whole website and nowhere are garage cards even mentioned let alone what the annual card fee is. Surely it is illegal to charge a fee when the customer has not been notified in advance of the amount?
False advertising. I received this sms promising double points and spent R1454.70 at Pick and Pay. I did not get double points but received a voucher for my NEXT shop. I have been on the phone to Smart (?) shopper three times today and cannot get any one to understand that the message they communicated to me is maybe not what they intended. My bank account has been debited with three amounts if R1890 in respect of an annual membership. Apparently \The System"at the AA cannot pick up these payments. I have forwarded proof of payment from my Bank. But now I am being ignored. I am out of pocket by R5670. Please help"""
