I am so disappointed in my favorite radio station I won a prize last year in August and to this day I am still waiting for it I have called what sapped and sent emails with no reply this is so sad because this is such ana amazing radio station that prizes mad my day, yet I could not enjoy it so heartbreaking.
I am disgusted by the service I was provided today by this courier company. they are rude they lack customer service it just boils down to the fact that they can not deliver.
MTN has got be the worse service provider I have ever come across I have had enough I am struggling to have a payment allocated since last year October they keep suspending my service. I have had enough I am ready to go off every I need to for people to see just how useless and unprofessional this dame service is ENOUGH IS ENOUGH there are never any managers or team leaders to help the system is always offline I can not do this anymore !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I rented a unit from Huurkor since December 2021 until August of this year I loved my aparment although it was poorly maintained it was big and going at a bargain rental price. I had to move to another province so I moved out I was told my deposit will be paid back to me in 21 days it has been 21 days I followed up and was sent a maintence invoice worth R3430 Huurkor now claims that I need to paint the unit the funny thing is with one touch of those walls the paint would peel off and they know this very well they claiming there are stains on the walls they need to repaint all this just so that they do not have to pay back my deposit I am a tenant who always takes pictures and always always keeps my emails they telling me that I need to prove that i sent them an inspection form of which I can confidently do so I even sent them the pictures taken with dates. They went to go and do another inspection in my unit with out my knowledge and now want me to pay that is not going to happen last year just before I moved in with Huurkor the very same thing happened to me with Rental Pros I took them up to the Rental Hosuing Tribunal and I won the case they had to pay me my deposit please interest so I dare Huurkor to try me I do not mind taking them up they should learn to maintanin thier places better and stop robbing people off thier deposits have some integrity man !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am very disappointed in Protea Metering I find their service delivery has been awesome thus far but now i have to say I am not happy how can my lights be disconnected a instruction given by the complex landlord without a notice or court order Protea Metering did not even have the decency to inform me about this i have now been without lights for 5 days I pay for these services it is prepaid how the hell do they just disconnect my services I will make sure to add this to my case that Protea Metering is just at fault as much as these dame agents.
I am to a point of no return with this agency I got home today to find that my lights has been switched off with no notice given a few weeks ago they put my wifi off I have had it this is has become a war now their maintenance team steals from me this has now become harassment they are trying thier level best to frustrate me so I can move out this is pure cruelty I am not going down with out a fight I am told to not speak to anyone at the agency only thier lawywr who does not even have a website for a legal firm something is up you are told to email him only he never replies real growth who are the owners now deny that they are the owners yet it stands boldly on thier website I am reaching out to anyone who also has a case to please contacte the more cases brought up the bigger our chances of exposing these scammers
Good Morning I am a very unhappy tenant at this present time. I am living in one of rental pros complexes and I must say the level of unprofessionalism and lack of passion and pride taken in the work done at rental pros really is atrocious. The agent I have should actually reconsider if she really wants to be an agent. The management team has no care in the world. I am being asked to cover for a paint job that was done in the unit I moved out off a paint job worth R3200 this is day light robbery they have very little evidence that the damage was caused by me because from the get go my agent never ever came to inspect my unit and convenient enough I move out of the unit and inspection is done with out my knowledge I am then sent an invoice with dates which are all over the place when I asked for proof of the paint being purchased I was ignored but rather sent a few pictures with no dates or time to actually back them up and they now think I will be going down without a fight, I had a bed in my old unit which I actually have proof sending my agent a message asking her to let me know if need be I have to move it I will do so she is now telling me she does not know where it is and she did tell me she needed it out yet again with no proof. This agency clearly thinks that they are working with incompetent people who have no clue about their rights and who just jump when they say so I unfortunately am one of the very few who will not be scammed of my money, I am reaching out to all platforms to have them exposed for this I will be reaching out on social media on radio as many platforms as possible enough is enough. Not to mention real growth the company that actually owns rental pros I gave them a call and the receptionist answered me by saying who do you want when I explained she said she can not help me and does not have a number as I requested to speak to higher authority she simply dropped the call in my ear but they say they take pride in what they do. I have lodged a complaint with the EAAB and await feedback I will keep lodging complaints and I will keep making noise until some sort of solution has been made but I will not pay money just to avoid conflict I want to be heard and I will make a point that I am.
The photo booth guys very good business idea very professional,but the owner is very rude and has a very bad manner of speaking to his staff. He does not stand up for his staff they are often treated very bad by drunk clients I feel employees should also be taken care of along side the clients.
