I recieved a very very bad service by Telkom Insurance Team. On the 2nd of August I logged a claim for lost device to Telkom Insurance (World Wide Advisory Insurance by OMART) till today the 14th september I haven't received a phone or any feedback ,I've sent up n down ,I've been told to submit the documents for more that 3 times doing the same thing and now is just quiet no one is telling me anything no one is willing to help me . I've been sending emails , calling n told that they are still assessing my claim for 2 months they've been assessing my claim, that time they are keep n debiting the money in my account but not helping me. No one cares about anything there , they just take our money that's very very sad and frustrating ,I haven't have a phone for 2 months now. I dont know where to go and what to do now. Extremely bad service by a cashier called Aluwani at devland cash n carry devland , she disrespected me beyond and its happening ,she constantly disrespecting me .It started when I was paying my grocery, I did not pay the whole grocery that was in my trolley so she started shouting and telling the other customers behind me that I'm not gonna pay the rest of the grocer I dont have money ,she was shouting telling everyone like she harassed me n humilated me beyond , everyone was looking at me , even if i dont have money ,it was not her place to harass me like that n worse part I went to the manager to log a complain where she disrespected me worse she never showned any remorse she disrecpected me worse infront of the manager , she even said I must leave n never come back even used her hands to chase me away. it did not end there 2nd time when I'm going to pay in her till she literally chased me away n tell me to go to another till she's not gonna help me, I had to go around like stupid.that girl doesnt derseve to be there She doesnt know how to treat the customers, she doesnt have customer service ,there are people who want the job out there who can do better, I want her to be dismissed.
On Sunday the 13th of February I went to jet Southgate to buy and make a lay-buy I got an extremely bad service. I was assisted by Trinity who was very incompetent she didn't know anything in that pc she had to go and ask from her fellow colleagues for each n everything (I spent more than an hour for something that could have been probably 10 minutes) I was buying and making a lay-buy and account enquiry, that lady really need a training and while I was waiting on the call at customer service I kindly asked the lady by the name of Jabulisiwe Zwane to assist me on lay-buy because the lady was struggling to even process the lay-buy she was leaving me n go to other tills for assistance so iasked this Jabulisiwe to assist me because I wasted too much time already I was there more about an hour already. This Jabulisiwe disrespected me so much she told me that I'm not special they not gonna help me they have other customers I must wait, she was busy shouting at me n showing how much she doesn't care about me as a customer, she was busy back chatting on me, the fact that I was there for about an hour it's not important to her, That lady is very very rude disrectful, unprofessional and very insensitive the thing called "customer service" doesn't exist on that one I'm just wondering how jet trains its stuff, That lady I don't wanna see her again in my face a serious deciplinary act must be performed on that lady I've never been so disrespected n humiliated in my life I made a complain to the supervisor they promised to take n action and call me on Monday with "store manager" but I never received any call so clearly they didn't care so please I need actions to be taken with these 2 women Its Andisiwe Mdovu 0836916953
On the 1st of August I went to this gas service (BINGA GAS Viking Armadale) I received a very very bad service. I went to fill in my 3kg gas sylinder which I went before n enquire about the price n left it to be filled up when I get there the price now is different is higher then I questioned that pricing to m surprise this Zimbabwean guy who's the one in charge left me standing there unattended about an hour after that he came n tell me that my cylinder is been drained because I'm complaining, Imagine I waited about hour unattended after that given an empty container without even a proper consultation, the rudeness was beyond they don't know about the thing called customer service, they were so many complains others were given a licking sylinder and they not complying on "covid 19 potocol" some staff were not wearing musk as well as the "health and safety rules" for "hazardous substances" as they were giving people licking cylinder you could feel the blowing of a cylinder and the smell of gas without even checking. That company needs to be closed completely.
Last Friday I took my baby to Lilian Ngoyi community health center for 6 weeks immunization, he then became sick, vomiting and had diarrhea... I thought it was just side effects that will pass but he continued till I took him back to the same clinic today the 21st of July 2021 for check up, I was so hurrased by the nurses who work with babies at the baby immunization department [Thobile] is one of the nurses, they told me am blaming them for nothing and I don't even belong to that clinic I should go to freedom park clinic[which is currently closed due to looting] my baby was so sick, so weak and they told me to go home and that they won't help me with anything, I am so disappointed with Lillian ngoyi, the service was very poor and I was imotionaly abused by those nurses, they were so bitter and seemed not to care, I then went straight to bhara hospital where my baby boy got immediately admitted and he is now fighting for his life at bharagwanath hospital, am praying for him to get well and be discharged soon.
My name is Ntobeko Moses on the 18 and 19 of March my phone lost network and when I check my capitec account an amount of R3200 was transferred from my investment account to the person by the name of D Zungu, when I went to capitec to query about it they said they have both to do the money is already transferred from this person's account (D Zungu) is no longer in this person's account. I'm so disappointed on capitec, I lost loyalty on this bank. I believe this is an inside job capitec know where my money is and I need help please I need my money ASAP and if not I'm gonna do whatever it takes to expose the company and I'm gonna take this issue further. APM is the most discussing horrible company I ever heard. The worst service ever, it just need to be closed ,it doesn't deserve to operate because of the very bad service they offer to people.My sister booked a bus from Cape town to Johannesburg in time for the 29th of September she just received an SMS says her booking has been cancelled with a very short notice and no further means to help her find an alternative maybe and worse part they couldn't refund her her money till today is been sent up and down only to get her money back she's been in their offices several times spending her money is been calling emailing still no help and she had to spend more to find a bus because of the short notice. This is the most useless company I ever heard in my entire life. I also once experienced the bad service. I was traveling from Johannesburg to Eastern cape I had to wait for a bus for 5 hours since from 7 pm until 12:00 am (7 hours delay imagine) we were standing a queue outside.
Worse bus ever ,very very bad service , useless bus ,no communication .A bus that was supposed to leave d departure at 07:15 it arrived at 21:30. We were taken out in a freezing place outside jhb parkstation, we stood a queue for 3hours no bus no one tells us anything no communication.Useless bus poor service don't u dare use Apm. It was my 1st and last time on Apm.
During the month of October my phone just started loosing network didn't work. I went to MTN they fixed it. During that time an amount of R1500 transfered from my account to another Capitec user by the name of MP Mthembu. I went to Capitec they said they will make an investigation after 7 days they called me and told me that there's nothing they can do because its a fraud from MTN. So my issue is the incident happened in my Capitec account by another Capitec account holder so Capitec is fully liable for this and they must be accountable. I want my money back to my account this is an inside job because apparently I'm not the only one who had this done to her.
