I placed an order on the 22nd Cecember 2025,till this date I have not received my items. Was informed my items were on the way to me on the 30th December.Contacted the online dept no one has responded to my email. Instead I was sent a tax invoice for the items I do not have.
Hi I submitted a claim for my late dad at the Metropolitan Branch at Fox Street in Joburg.The lady by the name of Tendani was helping me,she has called me a coue times,but was not able to talk to her.Every time when I try to call her back the lady who answers the phone at the branch says she doesn't know her. Someday she tells me they will call me back which they never do.When I call the branch she puts the phone down on me.
Good afternoon.rhe service at the Mr Price at The Glen has such poorer service. This only 3 tellers every December. Their queue it's so long. I don't understand why. This happens all the time during festive and month end.
I bought a headboard and 2 pedestals from Siyaworx/furniture. But the color of the pedestals are not the same. I had to fight for my items to be delivered. Once they were delivered I checked the next morning. Only to see the pedestals are not the same color. I text the company but no response from them. And he read my message.
I bought a hand bag from this store on the 23rd October /2021.The bag is now badly damaged. I went to return the bag on the 16th. I was told the manager was not in. Went again on the 17th she's still not in. I called her using my phone because the store telephone did not have airtime. She told me the bag is supposed to be like that. I said no ways. The treads are coming off. And now the bags has 2 colors. Which is black and yellow. The color of the bag is black. This is bad customer service. And I was supposed to return the bag not used. How was I going to see the bad is poor quality if I did not use it?
Applied for loan was approved. was told to pay initiation fee of R1620. i did that. later was told to pay for the cot so that money can be transferred into my account. i also did that. later was told about the loan protection fee needed to pay. i asked them to cancel the application and give me my money back. lady by the name of Vicky Fernandez told me she will inform the cancelation dept. this morning she told me i need to pay rhe loan protection fee. before i can get the money i paid.
My mom has sent a phone for repairs. The phone has been not working for the past 4 months.my worry is they will be deducting their premium this month end.no one from vodacom has contacted us.we first sent it.then it came back not fixed.it's a month now since we sent it again
Good evening,vodacom send me a respond saying one of their consultant will call me regarding my complain. I got that message early this morning around 7am.till this hour no one from vodacom has contacted us.I'm really starting to wonder if they have taken my complain serious.
The account number or reference for my complain is ICA ********** .we were told that they did a software upgraded on the phone.but the phone still gave us problems.
