Do not get into a deal with this company they will leave you in serious debts. They are a solution to losing all your belongs. I paid them for 3 months and the only contribute about 50% towards my accounts. To top it up they have the nerve to raise their voice at you. I regret the day I answered this number 0210540145. Stay far from this company.
My order was meant to be delivered as it says on the tracking and I even called to confirm, and it was said that the driver will deliver before 17:00. At 17:25 I recieve an email saying delivery failed. My order from out on delivery to in transit. Bad service ever and unprofessional staff.
Never experienced such a rude respond from the tenacity agent Bongeka while am trying to get hell paying my account which they have blocked. I have sent email to ask for help yet no response and my account is now in arrears. I just wanna close the account.
Worst service ever, the is never a week without interruption yet the installment has went up. If the consultants want you to sign up please be aware you'll be signing up for a never ending headache.
If possible I will give them half star. After more than 2 weeks without Internet due to fibre break, now we back to unstable connection daily. I used rain 5g it had its ups n down but this Linteg Fibre is the worst.
No matter how many times you log a ticket or call they will never show any form of concern rather than yes we are aware of the fiber break and we will attend to it. Weeks later they still aware and nothing is happening yet we pay full amount come monthend. Basically we paying for the devices sitting in our house without internet.
So far I am in good stand with A&G and happy with the service.
Service i received was great thanks to Keneilwe my car was towed home in good condition and nothing missing. i waited 40min to get assistance as she said on the call.
