the pits the worst. i had a parcel delivered through them; of which "apparently" it was handed to SAPS for investigation. Apparently because SAPA had denied having my parcel. this was all done with no communication, with everything i had to call, they did not even call me back when they said they would. they also did not say they failed the port health inspection and handed it to SAPS, they said SAPS just took my package. i later spoke to the manager and she said they handed it in because of the paperwork. highly not recommending DHL the worst and the call centre agents are literally rude i had to ask the one agent what is their problem . on the 16th October i called almost 10 times' only to get better response when i asked for the manager because SAPS said they dont have my parcel, this was when i asked them to send items that did not fail and they said they dont have them. i dont have any correspondences even from SAPS via email or call in regards to this matter. the unprofessionalism and bad communication is uphauling. im still waiting to get a response on my package even if it be SAPS. I raised my dissatisfaction with a number of call centre agents and manager too. even if there was an issue, why dont they communicate, worse the sender has no knowledge or clue what is happening, making it more difficult for me to see how to get what i can. use DHL EXPRESS at your own risk. hey all said different feedback statements nothing was consistent
Even 1 star, is being linient a minus 5 star is what to rate them . They are the worst . Do not use this car services to rent a car online beware. Its difficult to get in touch with them. They refuse to refund n are very bad not proffessional nit customer consioys . They system is not the best. They allow your drivers licence details upon booking, to later say your licence must be 3 years to rent a car, but their system does not reject your licence upon booking , be ware multiple complaints regarding them. Rather call the airport car rental companies so to not end with disgusting worse hnproffesssional third party car rental providers such a car trawler
NONSENSE NONSENSE. different occasions and very poor service 3 days max have been extended to 2 weeks this company is a disappointment
i had bought virgin hair wigs from this company. it takes 2 days for delivery; it had happened that they delivered the hair to their own address in Durban and I gave then a Johannesburg address, this took 2 weeks instead if 2 days; I confronted them that they delivered to the wrong address and I was ignored , I ended up asking for my refund due to a very poor customer relations and not being assisted almost 4 months later I'm denied my refund to the motivation that they delivered my product and even on the tracker they addressed it to Durban when I gave them a Johannesburg address. the manager never speaks to you and the workers ignore you and tell you bluntly that they wont give you , your money back. I worn the public to be very carefull of this hair provider.
