On 28 September I ordered three items to be delivered to me at my house, the next day all of a sudden they rescheduled my order, after that I placed a new delivery time as they indicate on their app for my items to be delivered at my house and again they rescheduled my delivery to a time that is not convenient for me, its going to day 3 now and I'm not receiving my items that I have paid for, today I had to go to checkers and buy those items again as I really need them, so checkers sixty60 has now cost me extra money because they failed to deliver my items, clearly the sixty60 service is not reliable and you can't be guaranteed that you will receive your groceries when ordered, I would not recommend this service and can't wait to delete my account from sixty60 as soon as this mess is sorted and over with.
Experienced bad service today, I have placed an order yesterday to be delivered today and it was only three normal grocery items, received notifications that my order is ready and waiting for driver to deliver my items, out of the blue they just rescheduled my delivery for the next day and I placed it for today because it's my off day today and I'm back at work tomorrow,this is very inconvenient and unexeptable, this service now shows me that they are not very reliable and I really needed those items today, I'm done with checkers sixty60 after this, I think I will rather go shop my items myself using my car if this is the service you receive,
This service is not reliable, according to their tracking on my package I was suppose to receive it before the 4th of January and it never happened, where is my items that I paid for??
They came and installed wifi one month free trail, getting closer to the end of the trail they had sent us some deals to think about, we decided on a deal and all of a sudden they told us that this is not the full price and there are more costs involved, the only offer for uncapped for us according to them was R619, decided we can't afford this package and told them we will look at the LTE options, after we told them this things got from bad to worse, they told us in a arrogant manner that we should let them know if we can find a uncapped LTE anywhere, after this we told them that we are no longer interested in their service and asked them to come pick up their rooter, they told us that they can't tell us when they will be able to pick it up and put the phone down in our ears, when we wanted to know more about the other deals it got to a" we will transfer you to someone else" game, we got transfered to 4 different people and none could help us or properly communicate with us to make things more clear on what each deal offers and where we can use it because some deals don't cover all areas which I understand,the lady we talked to sounded like she just got out of bed and had to repeat myself many times, I started to get extremely upset because the phone was already dropped down in our ears and now I'm talking to someone half asleep on the phone, I have now realized that I'm not even going try any further and no longer interested in any deals from openserve, there is simply no good communication here whatsoever and it's now become pointless, I can just imagine what the struggle will be if you have joined openserve and need to sort out a technical problem, there is without a doubt absolutely no professional service being provided here and would not recommend this service to anyone out there, rather look at other options than to go through this nightmare.
Not safe to leave your car here as the security watching the cars is completely useless, they have broken into our car 2 times in a short period off time, Laudium plaza management must look at proper security, they have ****** my car radio and all my items out of my boot, not safe here at all.
One of the services I find very frustrating is the temp loan service, why would you put this option available if you are unable to use it when you are in financial difficulties or when you have a unforseen emergency and need extra cash at hand, for about 5 months I have used your temp loan option when I urgently needed extra cash and by the end of each and every month it was always paid in full, I used your app messenger to ask why im unable to use this anymore and the only answer given to me everytime is its a automated system and that you cant help me, im a client for many years now and feel that this must be resolved very quickly.
This morning on my way to work near Heuweloord Centurion I was approaching the traffic light which was green for me and a indian man driving a black corsa/np200 bakkie with the company name Rage energy drink skipped the red light almost smashing into other cars, when i hooted at him he gave me a bad attitude not even apologising, i used to buy these energy drinks but i will no longer support them by buying their product as it seems the people working for this company dont give a damn about other people on the road, please do not support this company, if you drive around with your company name out there i think you should have some manners as it wil cost you loss of customers.
Avoid going to 786 supermarket Heuweloord Apiesdoring street, the manager/shop keeper is extemely rude,never greets you back when you greet and does not give a hell about customer service, I would advise passing this place and rather go the extra mile to go to a different shop, its also not a save place to shop here as the parking area here is definitly not save at all and there is no order as the shop keeper lets curtain people push infront of you even though you were firts to pay at the counter, wish i never shopped here and wil never go here again to support these shops, I have seen bad service before but this place is the worst by far.
Would not advise or recommend anyone in the public to support the shops at this adress, the guys working at the counter at both the supermarkets are extremely rude never greet you back when you greet and over all its never pleasant even to enter here as there is absolutely no order even in the parking area, the shop 786 supermarket lets allows other customers push infront of you even if you were there first at the counter, avoid these shops at all costs!!
Went to checkers lifestyle centurion today to get a couple of things and received the worst service ever, went to their bakery to get some buns for hotdogs, when i approached the bakery counter i greated the lady and some reason she looked me up and down with a angry look and ignored me flat, another customer came after me yet again she gave me a look walked to the other customer and assisted him, went to the checkers manager and explained to him what happened and while explaining what happeened he had a grin on hes face and was clearly not taking me seriously, for many years i have bought my monthly groceries here and have spend thousands of rands here, I will never ever come here again and will not spend a cent more at this place as they dont really care about giving good customer service ans show no interested if you should counter a problem in their store. Pathetic customer service from checkers lifestyle centurion!!
