They’re unable to deliver for a week because their ‘scanners’ are broken?!?! These two deliveries are URGENT and their call Center is not taking calls as they’re ‘too busy’?!?! Their WhatsApp messages direct me to an Arabic website. Swak!
Having had Woolworths Sucralose being IBT’d to WW at Delcairn Center, Kloof KZN for about 2 years, but since the change of store management, they don’t seem to care. Ive requested numerous times to a new manager, who has no answers. I’ve been told yesterday by another of the store managers, Vasen, she would get back to me yesterday about my IBT from December, and nothing, no call back. I was informed by another WW branch yesterday that Delcairn branch can request this item to be catalogued to their store after my first request, yet they don’t seem to care, as “I’m the only customer who buys it”. Really? Maybe others would buy it if they stocked it?
Shocking service! Since moving their service platform to app (useless!!) there is zero service! Think again before moving or signing up for fiber with Home-Connect.
After submitting a query via email, I was called within a reasonable timeframe and my query was resolved. Thank you
They ‘audited’ my cashout request on the 17 April 2024 and their responses are the same each time I query why it hasn’t been resolved. ‘System upgrade’ and ‘stuck in the system’ and ‘we will submit the cashout on the next run’. It’s now July and still no resolution. This is tiring and a really poor reflection on this company. Is this happening to others using this app?
Just the most amazing service and great customer care! The staff are the best, friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful.
Since Home-Connect has changed to an app and their website, with almost no way of contacting them, their service has gone from a brilliant 5 ⭐️’s to a 1. I am so disappointed with their service which is unlike them. Please sort your complaints out and reply to my numerous emails

Clicks Delcairn Center in Kloof is closed because there’s load shedding?? Is this something new that you’re unprepared for? Get with it Clicks and serve your customers who’re in need of their urgent chronic meds 🤬
I had a cable that was knocked down. I lodged a ticket with their WhatsApp and FB messenger services at 8pm. The first thing the next morning, they arrived to sort out. I would HIGHLY recommend Home-Connect for your fibre and WiFi needs.
