Beware of Manager
Everything was great, except for the advice. My partner and I went there for out 3 year anniversary. We were happy to be there, the atmosphere was great. Carefully we elected not to pay an additional amount of approx R800 each (R1600) for a wine paring to pair with our 5 course meals. We notified the server that we did not want to get the wine pairing in addition to the 5 course meal because of the price. The manager arrived and he was advised about price sensitivity. We were advised to get a bottle of wine instead of the pairing (fyi wine starts at approx. R400.00) that we requested to be paired our food generally because we did not want to spend a further R1600.00 but wanted the closest experience. The server invited the manager to provide guidance, and he knew the instructions. I notified him that we did not want to pay for the paring based on the cost. He advised on a bottle (which was a great pairing), and when the bill came the bottle of wine cost R1700.00. We were basically ****** of an experience to pair food with the ideal wine because the manager failed to take instructions. My partner and I left there left feeling cheated. After a great evening to have a bitter taste in our mouths kind of ruined our anniversary.

Best restaurant in Cape Town
Every time I go to this restaurant the food is absolutely amazing. The service is probably the best in the industry. Lauren our server was completely amazing and Michelle always kept our wine topped up. Matt’s food was out of this world again and I cannot wait to go back. Thanks again for such a lovely vibe and experience

Best restaurant in Cape Town
Every time I go to this restaurant the food is absolutely amazing. The service is probably the best in the industry. Lauren our server was completely amazing and Michelle always kept our wine topped up. Matt’s food was out of this world again and I cannot wait to go back. Thanks again for such a lovely vibe and experience

Great Experience
We were a group of 10 people who had a year-end function at Homespun and I was so surprised. From making the booking, to having orders taken, to paying. It was all a pleasure. The restaurant is nice and very comfortable, but offers amazing fine dining options. The waitress was professional, but very friendly and offer recommendations all-round. Thanks for a great experience!

Great Experience
We were a group of 10 people who had a year-end function at Homespun and I was so surprised. From making the booking, to having orders taken, to paying. It was all a pleasure.
