Buses don't pitch customer service is a sewage facility...got harassed and touched repeatedly by their staff still no refund

MTN ****ming contracts

I have a contract and MTN forces me to use my spend limit on high and expensive options for data. Called MTN first time and I was told it was fixed which was a lie. I called again today and geuss what a rude lady by the name Anda Ndomile Firstly tells me I have to take what MTN is forcing on me or leave it. She then refuses to let me speak to an inline manager until I am admant and then she ****s transferred the call which dropped. Your service sucks.

African Bank what can we say a legitimized ****a shop/ lon shark bank. I settled my loan account did these Pharas not try milking me out of more money by adding interest on a paid up account and refuse to close it? I went to their bank teller called their customer service line infornt of me and we both had a laugh at the ****a shop customer service agent we got ahold of... Shame shr tried to resolve the matter on her own but guess what the ****a always wins...they refused to refund me back the extra funds they took. If African bank needed donations thdy could have merely asked and not turn to petty theft... Oh the othet time I went to their headquarters and geuss what even they HQs is a joke. They put and uneducated person at the front desk...we all for Africans winning but this kind of nonsense is what outs a bad name to all other Africans trying to make it in corporate. Fix your ways or else you wont have any customers to service in future. Also PAY BACK THE MONEY 💰

Trudie the Super hero

Hi I would like to nominate Trudie as the employee of the year, her service, patience and overall professionalism was over the top. Because of her my business will always go to Sani rentals. She is the creme at the top of the cake. After being failed by my clumsy bank (African Bank) and other customer service people at your customer service when my issue landed on Trudies lap not only did she make it her mission to solve it, she took the step to call my bank on my behalf, process refund immediately the bank couldn't help and also made a follow up call to make sure I received my funds. I'm impressed. Give her a Bells or better yet a raise!!! Regards Extremely satisfied customer

Ass of a Bank

This banks Online app = Ass, The Headquarters in Midrand service =Ass, overall professionalism = 0....never been so Shocked at how they run that ****a shop at their own headquarters, had a reception shouting and causing a scene yersteday all because she couldn't explain why I had to wait close to an hour just for someone to attend to me at their head office... Lol spent two hours just to get a clumsy service just like it's online staff. Agent assisting came in around 40 minutes late, couldn't get help from within his own colleagues internally... Just close the bank and focus on being a ****a shop/Mashonisa... Disgusting people overall and again an ASS of a bank!

African bank dysfunctional system

3 dissapointments on one go, First their app no longer works ladies at the branch and on scoial media tried and failed to fix it, Secondly my biggest issue was that I have a deposit that was returned to me by a rental company with a letter issued and African bank refuses to release it and advising they will hold it back for no less than a month even after the rental company issued an instruction for them to release my funds, I sent them an email took them 7 days to respond with one call which I missed and they never called again Lastly had Modjajdi from social trying to assist however it sounds lie even she was defeated as the issue was circling in one place and her not knowing how to get a manager to call me as requested...whatever it is but I can tell you as a black owned bank you are a disgrace .

Rain prepaid a **** !!!

Hi, spoke to your Management team Chantel,I advised her I wanted to pay my outstanding amount of R529 and cancel the service as I have moved to fibre(Notified your team in FEB) she then told me Rain has charged me an additional R1200 for cancellation which doesn't make any sense and I asked for a recording of the particular call. She advised she would send an email containing an email detailing the balance and an attachment of the call I am yet to receive it ! Its been a few months now going in circles !!!

Sales stuff need a push in the right direction

I have mixed feelings about this place, first time I went there to view bikes the reception was warm and friendly, second time I went to actually purchase the bike the sales lady Caitly didnt even stand up or show interest in assisting me, I just paid signed and shooed off, weeks later I am still waiting for my bike to be delivered and all she wants to do is give me a run around.I am definetley considering cancelling the sale and taking my money somewhere else !
