Unacceptable Quality
I'm extremely disappointed with Messaris peanuts and raisins I purchased from Pick n Pay at Philip Nel. The taste was rancid and unpleasant, like old oil. I feel like I wasted my money on this product, and to make matters worse, it was my first time buying it. Needless to say, it will also be my last.

Best customer service
I was in crazy store the grove mall the service was one of the best I was assisted by the gentleman by the name of Gontse. His customer made me to buys more than I planned for and I don't regret it at all.

Best customer service ever
Ms Flatter she was so amazing I wanted to replace my card and she was so helpful and she has in store products knowledge. I would like to say to her big up and keep up the good job. She deserves a big chocolate and flowers because she is the best.

Bad customer service
I received a very bad service on the 17 June 2022 at Sammy marks Pretoria CBD. Their paying que was very long and I understood that it was long weekend so people came in numbers to make purchases but what I didn't like was when I was about to pay Mr Joseph told me to go and verify my detail because my card look old/ it looks like it was tempered which I was not happy with his his suggestion because last two weeks I was at Mr Price church street and I didn't have any problem paying there. I waited almost 2 hours to get verified awaiting for call center people to answer their phones. The main reason I waited to get verified is that the way Mr Joseph spoke with me I felt as if I'm a scammer or something.

Great customer service
Good customer service is hard to come by these days, so when one does find it, we should all be grateful. I'd like to thank Boitumeto from the PEP Home Mayville branch in Pretoria for her excellent service and knowledge of the product as if she were the buyer. Bedest customer service ever
On friday 25/06/2021 I and my husband we went to KFC, the till slip time 18:54pm and we left the place at 20:20pm the service was so bad the lady who sold the food for us her name is Johanna her attitude was out of the place. There was no communication nor apologies after we complained she just threw the food and said nothing. I shall never ever visit this place again in my life I rather sleep with empty stomach. I'm so furious with their attitude and bad customer service

Bad service from the manager her name is sinor she just don't want to listen when you are trying to explain to her your challenges. I rather not use pep wonderboon I feel like I just wasted time going there.
