I would like to complement the good seevice that i recieved from american swiss located at Cpt CBD at Golden Arces , i couldn't get the ring i wanted but they went an extra mile for me. I thank you for that i really appreciate it.
I have been struggling to get a proper communication from Matrix , their customer service is absolutely shocking, after joining them in 2018 everything was okay till this year, i lost my panic button i emailed customer care but no one responded, last month i was double debited and i sent an email to their customer care still no response and i decided to call them, i finally spoke with a lady by the name Felicia who did not help me at all she kept telling me that i was in errears that's why all of this is have been happening to me. She said she will transfer me to request a panic button but the line dropped while she was busy "Transferring" me. I am so disappointed and i cant stay witj Matrix if we as clients are going to be threated like this. I refuse to NO.
I would like to lodge a complaint, I have FNB account that is currently on minus R3k if am not mistaken. ever since lock down i. lost my job and am not working i went to the FNB branch to tell them that the bank charges on this account are extremely high and I won't afford to have such negative on my account. i am starting on a new job next month but am afraid that all of my salary will go straight and replace that negative, am thinking of changing banks but i love FNB so and so disappointed that nothing have been done with this high negative amount.
I would like to lodge a complaint towards STANDARD BANK call center agent by the name Raylee who is based to JHB, i have been woth STD for years paying them very well up until this covid 19 that completely changed my finances completely. On the 26 of March i received an email from STD granting me a payment Holiday for tje loan that i have with them, it looked very strange for me to receive that email because i didn't apply for it yet but i though they were doing that to all of their clients. April we were told not to work but we gonna get our UIF end of April STD tried debiting but it bounced as i didn't have any money even UIF wasn't paid that time. MAY i went to the branch to explain the whole situation then I was given an email to send my proof that am not working during this time and i did that, i have been waiting for then to. Let me know whether its approved or not but my night mare started beginning of June when some rude consultant contacted me demanding me to pay the money and i explained my situation. He dropped the phone while i was explaining myself then i. Phoned back i spoke with a very nice lady who then said to me i can at least make a payment of R200 and i promised to end of June hoping that we were going to receive our UIF money, yesterday i was contacted by Raylee 0112537220 Lord she told me that i need to pay the whole outstanding balance after explaining my situation to. Her i couldn't understand if where does she expect me to get R29000, she didn't want to understand then she told me that clearly my holiday payment wasn't approved and o asked her why i wasn't contacted, she then started to its too late for me to pay an arrangement balance, i need to pay month end half of what i owe or the whole outstanding balance, i kept on telling her that i don't have money am still at home. She sounded irritated then dropped the phone also. So she said my account was handed to them. Am extremely disappointed by STD how can they hand over my account with out even telling me that my payment Holiday was declined and they have guts to hand over my account after all this run aound i did trying to apply for holiday payment, THEIR AGENTS ARE HEARTLESS. I can't wait to go back to work and finish paying STD.
Am extremely disappointed with one of FNB Branch which is located at Vingate mall Cpt. I went there and asked assistance but the lady told me that the is nothing she can do instant of giving me alternatives or refer me to the App. I regret even using FNB because i have creditors who just deducts money from my bank then when i asked for that to be reversed i was told they no longer doing deputes. Its my money and now i can't get it back how am i suppose to eat??? I am not happy at all with the service that I have been getting FROM FNB for the past 2 months with out being helped. Can i have my money reversed please!!
